Order placed on 9/20/23 no word about order status and zero responses to my attempts to contact. Very prompt on getting your money for the order then no customer service what so ever.

This site is a scam. They list items they do not have, charge your card, and hope you don't reach out for your money back or contact your bank for a chargeback. They list Celtic sea salt, but it is out everywhere, even the manufacturer doesn't have it. Thankfully I was able to cancel my order because they told me it was on backorder. They should not be selling products if they have no way of getting them. If they are out of stock, they should immediately cancel the order and refund your money, without you having to contact them.
I ordered medication on August 25th. Order was confirmed immediately and card charged. But I do not see product up to that day (Oct 7). I sent email to their address requesting refund. If not hear in 3 days - call credict card to charge back.
Even though I was unable to get the product I ordered, the company was quick to respond and issue me a refund after I inquired the status of my order. Even though I'm disappointed I'm unable to get the product due to supply issues, the copy responded immediately and addressed the issue and refunded my money. Great way to run a business!
I had to ask for a notice for my order with a tracking number, I want you to know if it had not been for your customer service gal Melody, I would have given a one star. I recieved 1/2 my order and wrote something with regard to this and she responded quickly, and stayed connected with me till the problem was resolved, the girl deserves to be recognized for her work. She is a credit to your company and because of her I will be back.
Reply: It took them 8 months to try to resolve my claim? What a joke. My credit card issuer sent me a full refund. I can't even get in contact with them. Their help button to send an email goes to no-reply at heathcentralusa.com. I placed an order on the 24th of Sept for naturally fresh deodorant roll on x4 . My card was charged. Still no shipping info. I will be doing a chargeback since checking this site. Should of checked them out before purchasing.
Tracy is very fast to respond and always very kind and I truly appreciate that. I am still waiting for my product to be restocked but she never fails to answer me when I send a text and that is so refreshing nowadays.
I make 2 orders, 135392 &131435. After few days there was nothing to get back. Not even shipping info. When I asked, they suddenly know that they are out of stock. They hold my money more than 5 days and time wasted as well. Than cancel my order and refund. And refund will get back with in 10 days. Such a waist of time and stress as well. If you don't have any stock than way you list? You just show your in stock item. How a customer can know that you're out of stock or have a stock?
I emailed them and let them know, that I did not order the product, that they were going to send. They responded to my email not much long after and told me they will issue a credit.

This is NaturaNectar LLC a manufacturer of Bee Propolis Products. This company IS NOT LEGIT. They have our products listed on their website and we have NEVER sold any products to them. We do not work with distributors so the only way to get our products is directly from us. We have simulated a cart with very large quantities of our products and they accept as in stock and are ready to change your credit card even having ZERO inventory of our products. We have sent an email to the email on their contact us (correctly spelled) asking them to delist our products and brand to no response. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Update 10/05/23: The reply below is bogus. We had already sent email to the address indicated and no response. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I placed on order and my credit card was charged for Naturally Fresh, Spray Mist, Body Deodorant on September 8th. It has been almost a full month and I haven't received my product nor any thing about the status of my order. My order is #129716. Is this a scam? I paid $42.74. If I can't get my product by next week, I want to request a full refund.
