Healthy products ordered and delivered OR customer service provided by Tracy? This company is the latter. If you don't follow up, you won't get a refund, but have any of the reviewers here or elsewhere come back on the site and provided the information that they did indeed receive their refund. I think not. If the price sounds too good to be true, it probably- no it is! •POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES But at least they follow up!!
Quick and professional response.
I ordered enough products to qualify for free shipping, on 6/23. After 2 weeks - no word from them, so i sent an email. They told me shipping can take up to a month, but as several items i'd ordered were discontinued, they refunded the entire amount i paid. Seems an odd way to do business. Money has shown in my credit card acct yet - but they said it could take up to 12 days. And, their website is VERY difficult to navigate. Update - several days later the refund did appear. The employees were always politely responsive to my emails.
I wasn't able to get the product I wanted, but Tracy was very helpful and helped me resolve the issues.
They take a month to respond to your concern after a bad review is put in. But I will give them a chance

In response to their gaslighting response: * they claim I placed my order incorrectly and put “no state” and selected local delivery. I saw no other option and assumed that option was mistake. (I have never heard of online stores offering local delivery, and if one does, why on earth would it take 2-4 weeks? Also, I entered my state for the address so they knew my state. *They don’t have a number that customers can call. They should. Period. *They assert they replied to my inquiry within hours. But they ignored my first inquiry a couple weeks earlier. *They say the item is out of stock. But I had to ask before they told me. The order sat for about three weeks before they told me and they told me only after I asked. * Just now, I started to place another order, to see what would happen. I was ordering one item at $14, and here are the shipping options it gave me.- -Local Delivery (14-28 Days) Dallas (Can Ship up to 999 pounds) $4.98 -No-Rush Shipping (14-28 Business Days) (Can Ship up to 999 pounds) $29.98 -Expedited Shipping (1-5 Business Days) + Rapid Dispatch + Shipping Insurance + Product Insurance. I ordered body lotion on June 21st, 2023, and have not received, any confirmation number, no notifications, and definitely no product. So I’m pretty sure this company is a SCAM, and it seems to me they owe alot of folks their money back. I’m turning this company in to the BBB… and I’m going to find out these scammers, and they’re going to reimburse me, my money back. I don’t want their lotion, their complete liars, and scams, to bad, what a shame you have to lie and scam people, I’ll be praying God helps everyone of us out, and abolishes this company. I placed a order on June 21,2023 order#104296. I have not gotten a email about the products being shipped, but my credit card was charged and this company has got paid. I've tried to email twice and I got a return email that it did not exist. I can't find a phone number. My shipping address was correct on the confirmed email about my order. I've checked my spam folder everyday and my mail. VERY BAD COMPANY
