Jan 03,2023I suspect Health Central USA is a scam company. I found this company via Google search for health products. I was attracted to their website by their low advertised prices for products. I placed an order on 12/02/2022 and it's now 01/02/2023 and my order has still not arrived. I received a confirmation email of my order but no tracking number or shipping information was provided. I called the contact number for the company that I found on my credit card statement and reached an automated massage stating "all team members/employees are forced to work remotely due to the pandemic and can only communicate via email or live chat online". Now in an attempt to get refunded I emailed the company and contacted my credit card company to investigate.

Dec 30,2022Everything was perfect price product but after placing order and 2weeks later not receiving product I contacted the seller and was informed that the Neutrogena naturals face wash was discontinued so would receive a refund I did but just disappointed how it took my money and wasted my time and can't buy it at the other spot because it's sold out after 2weeks

After not receiving the product for over a month they replied to my inquiry saying it shipped and should have arrived by now (with no tracking, mind you) but must have been lost so they will refund my card. They have not refunded my card and now I have to dispute the charges.

Placed an order, never received my order confirmation which was first red flag, money taken from my account and never received my items. emailed company 3 times with NO response and can not for the life of me speak to a person. I'm not sure how companies are allowed to take your money and never provide the service you paid for. the good reviews on there website are obviously BS AND FAKE. KARMA , all i can say, it will come back to them in one way.

Dec 06,2022Same as all the other complaints. Ordered and never received. They said I checked off local shipping. Yet they never contacted me to tell me to change the shipping. They refunded me. I ordered again with the right shipping ($25 for two small bottles) and waited a month. Was just told they are out of stock. I call BS. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! They are hoping you forget what you ordered. They are a complete and utter scam.

Nov 17,2022My story is the same as the other experiences. Never instock, yet the website says they are instock. They say do you want to wait or cancel order. The company is a Complete scam, the order was placed in August. Well see if the refund ever goes through.

Nov 11,2022I found a product I needed, and added it to my cart. They clearly say free shipping on the website. Got to the shipping part, and they were charging almost $30 to ship 3 small bottles. I reached out to their contact us, and she informed me that it was free shipping on orders of $99 or more, that I needed to look at the top of the banner. I sent her a screenshot of the FREE SHIPPING plus nothing. I just shipped a large package to my grandbaby less than a month ago. It cost me $11 and some change. They sell people stuff and jack the shipping up to make more money. That's poor business practice and false advertising. Needless to say, I deleted the product from my cart. I told the lady on the email, that you could find that kind of gouging with ebay sellers. Wasn't expecting a business to do that as well. Just crazy.

Called my credit card company and cancelled the charge. Now I read reviews and find this seems to be their operating procedure. STAY AWAY. DON’T wait on baby food that will never be received!

Sep 03,2022Scam Central. Took $100 from CC, never shipped, never had it. They claim it was “ lost in transit” and refunded. They were hoping I would forget I had ordered. They said no longer available - but still selling it! BBB - get on these scammers! Customers - stay away!

But, I think they just hope I would forget about my order, and keep my money...if you don't contact them with your order number, they would do just that. Not happy.

Jan 11,2023Placed an order on 12/23/22 and as of 1/9/23 it was not received. I sent 2 emails that were finally responded to and was told that because I "chose the local delivery option and as I live outside the local Dallas area it created an issue in the system" Why wouldn't I chose local from Dallas to Chgo? I did look on their site - many times and could not see where the order was coming from. There are no addresses on their site. I feel this site is a scam!
