I placed an order (#96532) and received confirmation of the order being received on 05-10-23. I never received an email that the products had been shipped, but my credit card has been charged. I have emailed twice with no response. I’d like a refund and I can’t find a phone number anywhere to call and no one has answered my emails.

Placed an order on May 20, 2023 at about 7:47 in the morning. The order stated that it could be between 14 and 28 days before the order arrives. I have sent to emails to the address that they say to send inquires to and they will respond within 24 hours. I have yet to hear anything from them. Bxxer and I ordered : Boericke & Tafel, Bronchial & Breathing Aide, 100 Tablets × 6 on May 20, 2023. The summary of the order said I would receive it between 14 and 28 days. It is coming up on 28 days and I have not received it yet. When will it be shipped to me? Either email me back with the answer or call my son Grxx Bxxer at xxx 694-8391 with the answer. Thank you, F. The representative (Tracy) kindly explained to me the problem with the lack of the product I ordered and promptly issued a refund.

I contacted an employee named Tracy. She handled my problem very nicely. She had credited my Card account for the full amount. I could not give this review until I saw the full amount back in my Card account. It has arrived back in my account today, 6/21/23. Thank you so much Tracy for your quick response on my issue. Keep up your good work Tracy. The 4 stars was because HC did not have the product I wanted and did not show it was out of stock. But Tracy gets 5 stars. Thank you much.

My orders #86750 ordered March 24,2023 and #94926 ordered May 2. All I have received is emails stating that my orders have been received.

Well, as with most online companies in 2023, I did not expect much in terms of service from sending an email. However, Tracy responded and followed up with me on multiple occasions. She also showed initiative and cancelled my order and refunded my money since the products had been out of stock for a very long time with no idea when restocking would occur, if ever.
This is a pure scam website ( HealthCentralUSA.com ) and I believe all the posted positive reviews are posted by the scammers. I placed an order on May 22, 2023, received confirmation via email and it’s now June 14, 2023 and not only nothing shipped but there’s no way to contact anyone and they don’t respond to email complaints. There’s no “chat” even though they say they have it. Even the phone number listed on this trustpilot.com page is a bullsh*t recording. TrustPilot needs to clean up the BS positive reviews too! --------------- THE REPLY IS PURE BS - They responded alleging that I gave them an OHIO address to ship to - PURE BS - Because in the May 21 Response they sent a confirming email with this specific shipping instructions: Shipping address Doug Reitmeyer 1821 Cotton Farm Trail Leander TX 78641 United States (512) 750-2677 How can it be anymore clear than that?? My Order was cancelled and its been a week still no response on my refund. I felt that I was scammed after they charged me after few minutes they cancelled my order. I tried to follow up twice on my refund status, still no response. Update June 15 I got a email reply after posting here. but still haven't got a refund. what's the point of replying on my email if their is no action to follow? I will still consider this site as a SCAM until they pay me back my money,
