I made an error when placing an order and unfortunately the product sold out before I’d realized it. Tracy from customer service replied immediately to my emails and took care of everything quickly. Very happy with response time and professionalism, and I’ll happily recommend them and return as a customer in the future.

Placed an order, they took my money, every link they have is dead, try clicking on View Your Order or Go To Store, nothing happens. Sent an email to their help address, came back as undeliverable, this is a huge scam. Thanks for your reply, I still cannot access anything with your company, website, phone numbers, email… please just put a stop on this order and issue me a refund, if you’re a real company you’ll do that and I’ll post that review out here. Otherwise this is a complete scam.

Its been 36 days since I placed my order and nothing has arrived. I have the confirm email and the website says "order confirmed" which is the same thing it said the day I placed the order. Contacted MasterCard and disputed the charge for failure to deliver. I did contact them and was told I had ordered incorrectly for local delivery in Dallas. This broke the order and they refunded my money. I asked them how I did this incorrectly and why it took me after more than a month asking for them to become aware of the "broken order" and to get a refund?

My order was taking longer than expected to ship so I contacted customer service. They were quick with a reply and explained the company that makes this product was currently out of stock and issued me a full refund of my order. I appreciate their quick reply but was a little disappointed I didn't receive the product I wanted. But great customer service.
