Apr 19,2024Well waited long enough for the sun. First day today. Got my two Empire outdoor Heat Outdoors electric heaters out and what a pleasure . Sun, little cold breeze abated by nice warm on low heat. Staying here all afternoon. The remote is cool. Definitely buy again. Tremendous service.. Cheers

The oven itself is absolutely first class and has actually exceeded our expectations. Delighted with the overall experience and a great example of wonderful customer service. Thanks guys.

Mar 21,2024Saw the deal for a gas pizza oven and included pizza paddle and thought it was worth a try as a joint birthday present to each other. The order was received very quickly with no problems. After working out that we needed to put a battery in the igniter, we got it up and running easily and tried it out on a less than warm day. We need a bit of practice but Heat Outdoors were encouraging and had videos to help with how best to use it. Follow up comms has been good and I get the impression that they are glad to help out if we had any problems, which we haven't had. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again the next time we need something similar.

Mar 21,2024The pizza oven is fantastic value for money, really well made, gives out an amazing heat to make tasty pizzas and the deal with a pizza peel and cover was brilliant value for money. Dispatched very quickly and well packaged to prevent damage. Great aftercare and follow up as well, would highly recommend Heat Outdoors

Mar 19,2024Having seen the gas-fired OutDoor Heaters in action at a venue, we ordered two of them - and have been thoroughly delighted. The build quality and clever engineering produce a reliable and almost instant heat output. We plan to purchase a third unit. They are that good!

Feb 14,2024We bought the Shadow 3kW ULG Remote heaters for the outdoor areas at our business. The heat output is very good and they look very stylish. We would have chosen the 4kW version for our space but a conversation with the people at Heat Outdoors persuaded us that the 3kW would be adequate and they were quite right. I would recommend Heat Outdoors to anyone wanting to find ways to warm up their outdoor spaces.

Feb 07,2024From the website to delivery of our heaters, i can't fault Heat Outdoors. Even better that they're a family run business. We have two Shadow Fatboy heaters on our poolside (small commercial swimming pool) and two of the smaller versions (in the changing rooms to beat the post swim chills) both with soft press buttons to run them on timers. Infra-red heating is genuis for a few reasons but the main ones being low cost to run & instant heat but that's not unsafe like fire or gas. Aesthetically they look great, always packed well, delivery is swift, parts are readily available, quality is excellent and they office staff are lovely.

Nov 16,2023This is clearly a company that cares about its customers. I won’t go into details but I was treated fairly and they resolved my issue better than I was expecting. I’m very pleased I found them. Yeah you can get similar cheaper but you get what you pay for and they sell high quality goods. I’m just a home user but they value custom regardless of volume. Don’t hesitate to use them.
