Sep 04,2023I have used heat outdoors for the last few years on many occasions for outdoor electric heaters for our restaurant and the service is excellent. We are situated in Guernsey so its difficult to get spares here and they do not waste to time in getting any orders delivered here very quickly. An amazing company.

I discussed my requirements by phone & emailed pictures of my metal gazebo. The next day I was sent a link with suitable heaters which could be suspended from the ceiling. I received the heater sooner than expected. I am absolutely delighted I took their advice and recommendation; it is perfect. It is suspended from the ceiling & the heat output is amazing. It is so stylish! I love it when we received compliments; of which there has been many.

Contacted customer service and a replacement part was sent and it arrived the following day. Martin in the technical department couldn’t do enough to sort out the problem. First class company!

Oct 19,2023I heard about the company from a colleague and order a Fatboy patio heater for our workshop. It arrived the following day and is an amazingly efficient heater. The day after I decided I needed a stand and they were happy to include for no charge an extension flex. A great company with excellent service. Highly recommended.
