May 19,2023Ordered two infra-red heaters two years ago - excellent product that worked really well. Came to test them ready for the summer and one had developed a fault with the Bluetooth unit. Contacted Heat Outdoors and a spare part was shipped same day with fitting instructions. Working perfectly again now. Rare to find a company that offers such excellent customer service. Would highly recommend.

Apr 30,2023Amazing pizza oven! Brought a pizza oven in the week and used today was fantastic. Called the company and the lady on the phone was very helpful. Product arrived quickly and was easy to set up. Out in the garden today and pizza was great.

Apr 29,2023So it's been more or less a Year since we brought our Patio Heater and we thought we can now give an honest reflection on our purchase.. We brought a Shadow Fatboy 2.4kW Remote with Tilt Stand and its been a revelation for our outdoor evenings experience.The heat it emits is reassuringly impressive and you can sit quite comfortably without feeling cold. Lots of compliments on how good it is and amazed at the cheap running costs. The customer service was exceptional. Took me through my options and what was my requirements. Very helpful and i didn't feel they were pushy in getting an order. The quality of their products is premium and it reflects positively on them that they supply to many business. A truly great product and very happy with our product.

Apr 28,2023Swift delivery, really smart design which stands out from other pizza ovens. Concerned about cooking as heard lots of horror stories when doing my research...but delivers really tasty pizzas in less than five mins. Looks much more expensive than what it cost.

Apr 28,2023Bought a Santini patio heat from Heat Outdoors. Had a couple of issues - firstly the igniter did not work. After checking the obvious (battery installed correctly etc), made a call to support who immediately arranged for a replacement to be sent. Secondly had an issue with heater cover - again a quick call and replacement sent out immediately. Excellent customer service - thank you.

Apr 28,2023We bought the Santini 13.5kW ECO Flame Gas Patio Heater and it is absolutely beautiful! The spiral flame is so mesmerising, that you can't stop staring at it. I had never seen a flame spiralling like this before and it definitely makes it a focal point for an cosy evening in the garden. We have a semi-covered gazebo and the heater really makes is toasty under it. Definitely recommend!

Aug 24,2022I bought 2 x Shadow heaters and over time they have both needed new mother boards! The first one was replaced Free of Charge, and the second one was replaced at cost, but after 4 years, that's OK. Customer Service is brilliant, even with some mix up on parts and repair, whereby the replacement parts were shipped without the repair being done, it was instantly jumped on by Heat Outdoors, with a "Please keep those for spares for the Future" and we will repair your heater and return it to you ASAP. I was already loving the products and service, but I am now a confirmed customer for life! A special mention to Ciara! Outstanding customer service

Jul 20,2022A month ago we had dinner outdoors at an excellent local gastro-pub. It was cool evening and my wife felt chilly so the attentive waiters turned on a couple of patio heaters which did a great job for us and our neighbouring table. I noted the manufacturer's label - Heat Outdoors - and the fact that the restaurant had 20 or so of the heaters. On returning home, I ordered 2 of the heaters - which turned out to be Athena Plus+ models. After all, if they were good enough for a commercial establishment... The patio heaters arrived very promptly, I think within 2 days. Now I'm not great at DIY but I found the self-assembly pretty easy. We did have a couple of parts - the heat deflectors - which appear to have been dented in transit - but we received replacements without quibble within 48-hours! We now have a fabulous set of patio heaters which really smarten our patio. We take the view that how a company responds when issues arise gives a good insight into it. Heat Outdoors have been excellent from the start. We would most heartily recommend them.
