Jun 20,2023Heat outdoors were recommended to us by a friend a couple of years ago, and we bought our first heater (Fatboy) for our pergola after analysing the info on the very helpful website (videos, cost per hour, coverage etc). Having now built a pool area and poolside seating area, we recently bought a Shadow with the telescopic stand. Heating is just what we'd hoped for, friends very impressed, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Heat Outdoors for product quality, value and service

Jun 19,2023I was really dismayed when one of our heaters blew over in extremely high winds and the glass cylinder smashed. I thought it would be hard to find a spare part but it was so easy to order from the Heat Outdoors website and it arrived really quickly and very safely packed. The heater is now good as new.

Jun 08,2023I bought 3 x Sherpa 13kw Gas Patio Heater with Cover and am more than happy. The heater looks great, really simple to assemble, and a lot more efficient than I thought. Really good heat all evening and the dial on my gas bottle hardly moved. Price was great and the delivery was quick... highly recommend.

Jun 20,2023Quality products matched with exceptional service levels. Having purchased twice from Heat Outdoors over the last few years I would highly recommend them. The first time was a few years ago with a wall heater. It still works perfectly, unlike the two previous ones purchased from other retailers being different brands. The second is a small heater for our new summerhouse. Works a treat and can't wait to benefit in the cooler months.
