Apr 23,2021I need to start at the beginning, good place you might say, but in this case it needs a little explanation. I have purchased from this company in the past and they have been quite happy to take my money therefore you would have thought they would have the courtesy to answer a query I had concerning one of their products. The product in question was a Klarstein Tap2Go beer cooler and dispenser. There was very little by way of description regarding this product so the following questions are my queries to the company. "The description is unclear has to how the beer is delivered from the keg. Does it only work with pre-pressurised kegs such as Heineken or does it use the mini CO2 cylinder to pressurise the keg or does it do both. The description does not state if any CO2 cylinders are supplied with the dispenser and if it uses the mini cylinders what size are they. The description states that the cooler cools up to 3 degrees C, should that not be down to 3 degrees C. Sorry to be a nuisance but if it was made clearer in the description there would be no need for these stupid questions, Regards" I have not received any sort of reply. I have no idea how the dispenser works. Needless to say I shall not be buying one of these dispensers from this company because, as far as I am concerned, as more and more business is done via distance selling, companies of this ilk should be avoided at all costs. If they cannot be bothered to answer a query when a person is looking to buy then what use would they be if one had a problem with one of their products. If pre sales is crap what is after sales like. My advice, avoid at all costs.

Ordered a couple of things, waited 3 weeks, no sign of the order, rang them, was told this order had been cancelled due to not having the stock, no email to notify me. Then told me they didn’t receive payment! Over a month now, and after showing proof of payment, have been told it will be released into my PayPal account. No apology, incompetent staff, do not buy from them!

Apr 21,2021I recently purchased Garden Furniture from Hifi Tower. Arrived in good condition, and time about two weeks after I purchased it. Well packaged, easy to assemble, On my experience I would recommend, will shop there again.

Apr 21,2021After the Recent EU Blocking trade with the UK Xpats in Ireland are expected to pay 40% Import duty on everything now! (for what?) So i was looking for a reliable Retailer in Europe. I came accross HiFi Tower and ordered a 5.1 Surround sound system which came within four days! Germany? to Ireland. Great i thought i found one. So i made another 3 orders to this "Company" Even though the 5.1 Surround system had one faulty lead etc. The next three parcels took 2 weeks each the second one (a Food Steamer) was Dead on arrival and will be sent back. So that's 50% of items are either faulty or don't work! The other two, a Dehumidify and a Juicer work but all now have bizarre and very very poorly designed EU Plugs (dangerous even) Needless to say i wont be buying anything again, look elsewhere and save yourself the hassle

Apr 13,2021If I could rate no stars I would, they take your money in my case just shy of £600. Item was marked as in stock and the item never materialises. Apparently my order is still stuck in Germany and they can’t give a delivery date despite the delivery company booking delivery the prior week for yesterday. When I called to chase up delivery I was told oh sorry there has been a mistake and guess what it’s still in Germany! All customer services can do is say be patient. Disgraceful company with a severe lack of customer service! Avoid!

Apr 12,2021Purchased a record player that said there was 2 left in stock, they took my money. I got an email of confirmation and everything then after 6 days of no update on my order I was the one who had to email them!! After I emailed them they told me that the item I purchased is out of stock sorry for any inconvenience. So if I didn't email them to find out would they have just kept my money without any notification to me? I'm also still waiting for my money back..... they should be absolutely ashamed to call themselves a company very bad service

Apr 07,2021Ordered €420 worth of product from this website which said it would be here in 5-8 working days but after about 12 working days I rang and asked about my order as I could not track it with my reference number. The woman I was speaking to told me that there were no more of these products available at the time we purchased them so we weren’t going to be getting them despite the fact that our money had been taken. So if it were not for me ringing then Hi Fi tower would have kept my money without sending me anything. The products were for a birthday too which I then missed. I suggest avoiding purchasing off this website as It’s unreliable with the inventory details on the website and the fact that I was never going to be told about this issue is very disappointing.

Apr 03,2021This company is like a bad smell that lingers in the air forever... I've purchased something from them many years ago (can't even remember what) and no matter how many times I unsubscribe from their mailing list, the emails keep coming. Most times they end up in junk folder where they belong, but sometimes they bypass it and end up in my inbox, just as to remind me that they still exist - unfortunately.

Apr 01,2021Genuine products with some great discounts if you buy reboxed items. I purchased a Blumfeldt patio heater as B-stock which states slight signs of wear. I couldn't see any wear and the only reason why it was listed as so was because it had been fitted with a UK plug adapter so the box had been opened. Great service and fast delivery

May 02,2021Avoid Avoid Avoid! Do not get ripped off by this company. They take your money and fail to deliver the goods. My order placed last December for a sound system for my daughters first car turned up (in part)as a vacuum bag sealer! When i have emailed regarding this they come up with excuse after excuse with delivering what i have paid for. Nearly 5 months later and no complete order received and no offer of refunds. The 1 star is because they sent a returns label to get their vacuum bag sealer back!! Never Never going near this company again and telling as many people as possible to protect them from disappointment.
