Hireup allows me to work the hours l want. As little or more if I like. As a new member to Hireup I have had great support and help from management and the team. Always there to clarify and advise when needed. Good supportive environment.
Friendly easy to get on with and understand They constantly are following up I am very lucky I have come across Hireup and Channy . She is wonderful and funny but also a bit cheeky 😂😂😂💝

I started working with Hireup just over a week ago. The app is super user friendly to book jobs, talk to clients & submit hours worked. There are many jobs advertised daily and the support from the admin team has been amazing. Very impressed!

Hireup a place where participants thinks that they need a Slave or a butler instead of a caring helper that is worth of a decent pay for a decent day of work. Where family members of Participants have total control of funds and try to get the maximum out of the support worker for less. Better go with the multitude of NDIS providers available for a decent and fair pay.
I have only been working with Hireup for four days now and I have to say, I am absolutely loving it. From the very beginning, when I first started my application, the communication with Hireup and the speed in which has been delivered is exceptional. The staff I have been in contact with so far, have been so lovely, and extremely helpful. The Hireup platform is just so efficient and easy to use. I couldn't be happier with this whole process so far, and I am looking forward to many more years working with Hireup and their clients.
I find it a good process, but some times the computer work is difficult to complete.
My worker Emma Collins is doing a excellent job. Great communication skills excellent support work dealing with Sharon’s insecurity needs.
Feeling supported in every aspect of my involvement with Hireup. I couldn’t have dreamed a better team of people to get me feeling ready, willing and able to do my job. Also impressed with the speed of finding work and ease of using the system.
Great service and friendly people to deal with. We can see people photo, their profile and it makes it easy for us to choose who do we want with required experience/skill. Choosing who do we want, booking them, chatting with workers, approving time sheet, approving invices ...all on-line is transparent and fantastic... We heard about Hireup from friends as fantastic place and we definitely found it to be true - a Great place.
The care worker is someone I trust and does a great job. Making the booking is easy and confirming takes no time. Working well with care workers I am familiar with
Support Worker Pay Rate too low in comparison with Mable once tax is deducted. Therefore, I accept many more jobs through Mable where I can negotiate a fair hourly rate. It would be an awesome site though if Support Workers could negotiate their own hourly rates; which would potentially bring more Support Workers to this site with a greater mix of skill sets for clients to choose from. Many advertised jobs are only one or two hours, hence not worth applying due to travel time between jobs, not to mention down time between jobs. I find this site is easy to use from a Support Worker perspective in regards to the booking process, submitting hours for payment, etc. And, I love that this site has the capacity to add Travel Allowance, should the client choose to activate it, which is only 50% of the time, which Mable doesn't have this function. However, some Hireup clients expect Support Workers to include such expenses from their hourly rate. I would give 3.5 stars for Hire-up, however, there isn't the capacity for half star ratings.
I love working for Hireup. I love having more control over my shifts. Everything is simplified and done online. So far my experience has been great.
Very happy with service, app is easy to use for someone a little tech savvy but impatient to complete booking requests
It took me a little while to get to get to know and understand the process but with the help of the customer service team, I can now navigate with ease.
