Hireup is an NDIS registered online platform for people with disability to find, hire and manage support workers who fit their needs and share their interests.
Hireup respond well to problems. Reply very quickly to emails.
My experience with Hireup administration and the help line has been delightful. Staff have always quickly taken my phone call concerns or returned my phone call promptly. Profile of clients visible with their preferences too is very valuable One feature I would love, would be to be able to 'archive' jobs which I am either not interested in or unavailable for so it is removed from my view

Hire up platform is easy to use (we are self managed) All SW have been enthusiastic and friendly and interested in assisting as requested. Site is easy to use - invoices are sent weekly and are clear in what they are for. Any communication or correspondence with administration has been dealt with professionally and efficiently.
Easy site to navigate. Hours, times and days can be easily suited to your schedule. Admin is very helpful on the very odd occasion I’ve needed to call them. I’ve met some lovely clients and would even consider them very close friends.

Hireup is an organization where recruit staff but clients make their choice which staff is good for them. As I'm working with hireup, I'm honoured and valued when clients send msg to discuss their care giving. This states that I'm confident in my work and will keep learning. Hireup is excellent because they huve chance to staff to consider their roles and also help clients to make their own chouce and make decision to choose right staff

I have recently been helped by Hireup staff due to a client not approving my final shift with her. Staff rang and advised the matter was resolved and my final shift approved.

After years spent with large organisations who are supposed "experts" in the field of our disability...years of being sent "supports" who had no interest in their client and even less knowledge to the disability I am so so pleased to have found Hire Up. We got to advertise for specific skill sets, vet the applicants and choose the perfect fit for our PWD and our family. Finally an organisation that gives participants the option to find their perfect match!

I am completely loving my new career as a carer. I go home after each shift feeling I have made a real difference in some ones day. The fact that hire up team are only a phone call away has been peace of mind as I have made use of this on a few occasions to ask for assistance. Always learning on the job but able to be myself makes this the perfect job for me. I have always had a passion to work in this field and hire up have made this possible .

Jan 30,2020I have used hire up last year and I was happy with the service however this year I am needing support for my son and I have sent messages to at least 7 of their support workers however most of them did not reply back and those that replied are unavailable for reason like they now have full time jobs. It’s quite frustrating for me.
