Nov 09,2021Life-changing! Since being recommended this service through our therapist we now have found a wonderful team of support workers for our daughter. Hireup does all the hard work for us, and makes it so easy to manage a team. We previously found it hard to find/keep support workers... and now we have so many to choose from. We now feel confident our daughter will reach her goals!

Nov 02,2021I am new to Hire up and find the platform easy to use. Love the way both clients and Support Workers are able to view and choose there Support person or clients with the service that each require and can provide for one another. Well thought out platform that does not require you to jump from one platform to another when booking jobs and logging pay slip etc. So happy with Hire Up I recommend it too all my friends and family.

Oct 29,2021You could make sure clients pay for support workers on time. I was not paid by a client for four months and don’t feel it’s my role to being chasing clients about signing off on hours as I believe that is your role.

Oct 14,2021My only complaints are there aren't enough clients for the amount of Support Workers. Also need to include some travel allowance. I travel 60kms minimum unpaid, just for a minimum 2hr shift. It's not a great situation..
