Hireup is an NDIS registered online platform for people with disability to find, hire and manage support workers who fit their needs and share their interests.
Things are going well with my new worker happy with the easy process of putting her hours through and i review then it's sent straight through to HUp. I don't like the fact that if and when i ring HUp i can never get anyone? it's leave a msg and then it's 2 day's before i get a reply. Same with email. If i need to now something i won't to now it straight away. Looking forward to starting 2 more new workers as soon as the process is done.
So excited to finally be allowed to use Hireup and book support workers for my son after one year - Hireup are awesome with communication and asking if I need assistance with anything - which was awesome following up with support workers just joining and letting me know when they were complete with all documentation - so super awesome to be using now :)

Love our support worker. She's doing a great job, keeps me connected, and my son adores her. It's an easy to use website and system.
The website is easy to use and navigate. I have had only great experiences with the people and company. It is important to find the right fit between support worker and the people they support. Hire up make it easy to do so.

Excellent over the phone support. Loving the flexibility I now have . Only one thing i am not fussed over is the app, wish it was the same as my log on with my iPad. All in all, I’m loving it.

i love that i can choose who i want and what days and for how long and for the specific tasks i need to get done like house work or social interactions and helping me out in the community. i have been using hire up for two years now and also love how i can do a group booking with my sister.
Easy to use, the service is user friendly
I have found the office staff to be very professional, patient and affable. They are always listen to my concerns and help me solve issues. Payment is always prompt and the web page is fabulously easy to navigate.
Since COVID-19 My daughter Sandya has been house bound and refused to go out . Michele has been great help supporting her and taking her for walks. Thanks. Anu
My experience with Hireup has been exemplary. Their process of vetting potential carers was thorough, their online training timely, and of high quality, and the app easy to use. It is a great asset that Hireup provides a flexible system for both carers and the cared, and, from the carers' point of view, when enough hours are worked per month they pay super. Tick!
On the whole my experience with Hireup has been great. Training opportunities and updates good. Communication has been a bit of an issue of late, 1 email I sent wasn't responded to for over a week. I know that technology is the way forward but at times I really wish someone would answer the phone speaking is in my opinion still the best way to communicate Regards Lesley

Jul 25,2021Because of my disability, I need help with cleaning the house. I have not had any help with cleaning for over four weeks now. I had to cancel one fortnights clean, as I was not well enough with a cold to drive my support worker to the bus station. She said she was available to help with todays clean, but had not accepted the booking. I sought confirmation as to whether she was coming or not, but she only replied with a few hours notice of the booking that she was not able to come any more. I was disappointed not to be given more notice, so I could organise someone else to help, especially as she had done good work.
