Jan 15,2025This was my first time with Hivis - and it was an excellent experience. I appreciated the range of garments, sizes and printing options and the ability to do the design myself. The staff were careful to check with me that everything was exactly as I required it and all went to plan. The final result is wonderful. My unique sweatshirt gets its first proud outing in public this evening! I would heartily recommend them.

Jul 18,2024I recently purchased multiple high visibility jackets in red from your company, however, upon receiving them, I noticed that they were actually bright pink. As a result, I returned the jackets at an additional cost of £17. Despite my concerns, your company conducted an investigation and concluded that the jackets were indeed red. I am disappointed with the service I have received and feel that my concerns were not adequately addressed. If I had wanted pink jackets, I would have specifically requested them. I am unsatisfied with the outcome of this situation, I would not recommend

Apr 17,2024Ordered 4 Railway HiVis vests with printed back logo. Day after ordering I was called by sales to advise that the items I had ordered were not available and there was no foreseable date of these to be delivered to Hivis. As a gesture of good will I was offered an alternative which, even though more expensive, would be of no extra charge to me. The items have arrived within a few days and are excellent. To sum up, excellent customer service and supreb items. If ever I need further items this is the company I will use. Top marks to them.

Mar 13,2024Ordered items took several days to find out they were out of Stock not what the website said when they took my money. Agreed to change to another product i paid for express delivery and it took a week for them to arrive. When I chased this I was told they had to order product in no mention of this either on their website or when I spoke to them. I needed the product quickly this company is only interested in your cash. No apologies btw no refund on express delivery.

Feb 08,2024I have used this company twice now for custom designed hi-vis vests and find them to be very good. The customer service is excellent, you can ring them up and they tailor the order to your needs. I found them also the most flexible in terms of the choice of design. They are the cheapest around for what I have found. Both my orders arrived very promptly. With the first batch around 20% of the vests had slight flaws such as poorly finished threads etc. I fed that back when I ordered the second batch and I haven't found any flaws this time around.
