May 13,2023I am still waiting on an order I placed 4/21/23. I have called a few times, sometimes getting a recording. The last call was wednesday 5/10. I finally spoke to a live person and now it has been turned over to another dept. They were to get back with me by yesterday, but I have not heard anything. This is very disappointing. Now what can be done to rectify this issue?

May 12,2023My cat wouldn’t touch the salmon cbd chews and she normally loves all treats, even the cbd/can chews i get for her at the pet store for her Hyperethesia. When I alerted customer service so I could stsrt the refund/return process, I didn’t hear back from for four days… despite their 24-48 hr policy and I’m still waiting to hear back. The cbd capsules for cats aren’t bad but their customer service is lacking and i can’t speak on any of their other products being effective in my experience.

May 13,2023I bought some CBD chewies for my cat. He gets "the crazies" every night around 8:30. I try to play with him, pet him, but he bites and is just out of sorts. Two CBD chewies and he's as calm as a tired puppy. He stays civilized until his bedtime snack. Thanks, Holistapet!
