Jun 01,2023This product really did help my mastiff Great Dane, he is very sensitive to some foods and I didn’t realize it till he was jumping out of his skin with nerves and anxiety. He wasn’t sleeping and was panting all the time. He wondered around the house all night trying to get comfortable but he couldn’t. I stopped his food and switched to another dry food with no chicken byproducts and it helped I also got theses Cbd chews biscuit’s and started him on an allergy pill a day and he has calmed down and is sleeping through the night now . He still has some fall backs but these biscuits help him through the bad days.

May 31,2023Respond to your customers questions about the products in a timely manner. Website says within 24 hours and got an e-mail response 7 days later. Did not return my voice mail and on another occasion, customer service Rep couldn't speak english and it was an answering service. If customer service is this bad, the product must be worse without quality control.

May 31,2023I purchased Holistapet hard chews for my cats. One in particular is very high strung. A package of 25 chews costs $25! Not cheap. Only to find out my cat hated them and never even ate one. Both cats put one in their mouth and promptly spit them out & ran away from the treat! Then, to add insult to injury, I reached out to the company and all they offered was a chat bot. If you go to their site labeled SHIPPING & RETURNS you WILL NOT find ANY information regarding returns. NONE. Totally deceitful marketing. The only way I found out was in trying to get a refund, I was forced to use their chat bot, which THEN told me no refunds for opened packages. I then got their email and wrote them. AGAIN zero response. They say they take refunds, but the chat bot says ONLY IF THE PACKAGE IS NOT OPENED. They say they 100% guarantee their produc.t How are you to know if your pet won't like them until you try them. Total BS! AND DESPITE NUMEROUS EMAILS to them, I got ZERO RESPONSE. I went back to their website today to look again. Under About Us it has a section called SHIPPING & RETURNS. No where on this page does it cover refunds. THEN I went to FAQs. I FINALLY found a Refunds section. It states a refund can be requested up to 90 days. Then, when you open their form you are required to fill out for refunds/returns, it stated even unopened will be refunded, but must be between 30 - 45 days from date of purchase. This is totally misleading crap. I highly recommend you find another company to do business with. I will update this review IF I receive a refund let alone a response, neither of which I expect. We shall see. Sham company! Buyer beware.

May 30,2023I purchased the capsules and the soft chews. The capsules work but learned that it takes 45 minutes to an hour to start working. Did notice that then they calmed down. Not a quick response if that’s what your looking for.

May 29,2023I have sent countless e-mails requesting that Holistapet grant customers the right to manage their own auto shipment date(s). Chewy, Amazon to name a few, allow the customer the ability to change their auto shipment date(s). I have to call or send an e-mail to get my auto shipment date(s) changed. Please give this request consideration. I don’t understand why Holistapet lists a phone number on their website but no one answers the phone…
