I was given a prescription medicine for him with instruction to give 90 mins prior to a storm. Well, that doesn’t always work in our area and I don’t want to give him a prescription unnecessarily. I tried calling but have been on hold for 30 minutes. Will never order from them again. Terrible customer service response.

Jun 30,2023I have been ordering CBD for my dogs for 2 years. I have always received 1oz bottles. I always order the 2 pack. This time when I received my order they sent me a 2 pack with 1/2 oz bottles. I paid the same price for half the product. I contacted the company with no response so far. I have had to place another order because I don’t want to run out, because the product helps my dogs so much. But I am actively doing research to try to find a different product.
