Fast shipping product works well but not allday good for calming my yorkie over night
I buy the Cbd soft chews from a local shop for my elderly dog (he has bad teeth and struggles with chewing hard treats) But they’re quite expensive for something I need to re up biweekly, so I googled the companies website to see if they had any deals. I purchased during their buy one get one promotion, and heard no update on shipping for over two weeks. My order number disappeared from my account, and my account itself suddenly didn’t exist? I received the package in the mail a few days ago and my dog was almost out of the last of his treats so I opened it right away only to see they had sent me two packages of the hard treats. I thought maybe I had ordered wrong, and checked the packing slip confirming I had ordered two containers of the soft, and even showing the bogo coupon I had used taking off half the price. I promptly emailed their customer support notifying them of the mistake. They emailed back a day later with an automative almost placating “thank you for informing us, we want to make you happy” message that they tack on the beginning of every email. I was very descriptive with exactly what I had ordered, and what they had sent. She told me they would send me a new shipment out with rushed shipping and a prepaid label to return the mistake order. I quickly received the return postage email and the new order confirmation email only to see they only sent one package in the corrective shipment. I emailed her back thanking her and asking her why it said they only sent me one, again explaining to her exactly what I had ordered vs what they had sent, specifying that I purchased during their bogo promotion and stating perhaps there had been confusion because of that. Again I sent a photo of the packing slip they sent specifying they owed me TWO containers of the soft chews. I also sent her a screenshot of the new order form showing they had only sent out one replacement. She replied the next day with “ Yes, it is the same product as you ordered. If still there is any issue you can let us know” I responded asking her to confirm they sent me TWO containers. She responds again a day later with “ As per the records, it states only a single bottle.” Clearly showing she either does not understand what I am telling her, is not actually reading my words, or she hasn’t even glanced at the packing slip proving exactly what I’m saying. I again send her the photos with the quantity and description of my order circled AGAIN explaining what would be incredibly obvious if she just took a moment to glance at the order form THEY sent ME. So infuriating! No response to my actual issue yet, but they did take the time to email me to ask me to rate their customer service 😅 I then try calling their help line to listen to the same irritating folk song about being on hold for forty five minutes with no end in sight. At this point I will not be returning the mistaken order that was sent to me until I actually receive the correct order as I am now convinced reading their other reviews that this website is either a scam, or just has the absolute worst customer service possible. I will also report any unproved charges from this website to my bank as fraud Send me what I ordered or refund me, this is absolutely ridiculous. This has been the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had, and I will not be ordering from them again. The treats themselves seem to help, but buy them at your local smoke shop and do not trust this scam website with your money. I will honestly likely find another source for my dogs CBD needs.

My order was sent to an address in the wrong state. I tried several ways to contact the company, emails, phone calls, online chat and not once did I receive even an acknowledgement of my concerns. Then after I left a voicemail saying I wanted a refund because I never received my order, I finally received an email saying the order would be sent out again. Only after I contacted several times over a couple of weeks. Not satisfied with your customer support.
The products are great but customer service is nonexistent! They don’t send the correct percentage off for their promo codes. They will offer 25% off and give you 20. Billing is a nightmare, and no one EVER responds to you.
My 7yr old pittie has occasional seizures and has head shakes. This oil seems to help. He’s very finicky about meds or new treats. I have to put the oil on a blue buffalo health bar for him to take it. Since he’s been on the oil, he hasn’t had any seizures but still has occasional head shakes. We also started giving it to our 9 yr old pittie. He’s recently started limping after playing hard or laying in one spot too long.
So far, my dog is not a fan of the cbd chews.

Giving 5 Stars for the quality and efficacy of the product. Never was able to get through on phone, or received e-mail reply on status of order. But I did receive in timely fashion. Will definitely be ordering again for my senior dog's arthritis!

I like their products but they sent me the item. I tried reaching out to their support mailbox to get this resolved a couple of times with no response from them unfortunately Update June 2023: I finally did hear back from them and they sent me the correct product

My dog, Lucy, is a very picky eater and she loves them! Plus, they have totally helped her arthritis and she isn’t limping as badly. They have definitely improved her quality of life. Hooray and thank you!
Grateful you haf what I needed
Offered the CBD treats to my cat - uninterested. Placed them outside and watched two feral cats also disregard them. I suggest teaming up with Temptations to fine-tune the flavor profile of your product to make it more appealing to cats.
I have purchased CBD, Melatonin chews and they work great, my only gripe is the amount & price. Not cheap but I buy here because these products were actually tested! I would like to write more positive things but I made an order May 9,2023 for hemp dog shampoo and as of today June 2,2023 I still have NOT received my product.
