While the product is awesome (Hard Treats For Cats), their customer service is the worst I ever had to deal with. Too sad, a company like Holiday Pet doesn’t make improvements even though there are plenty of reviews about their inferior customer service online. Also, improvements are needed on their website, especially adding payment information. It took me several tries (I mean more than a dozen) for the system to capture/accept it, with absolutely no help from customer service, even though I called an emailed them repeatedly.

The worst website and customer service I have ever experienced. Could not reach an agent after 45 minutes on hold. Contacting better business bureau and my bank. Beware of this company’s business practices. Makes me very worried about product quality and safety.

Assisted my girl Alice with her mobility and quality of life for several years, decreasing the need for rx meds for her several medical ailments. I am one hundred percent dissatisfied with this company! The stopper on the cbd oil leaked and I lost a lot of the oil. When I complained they said they would ship another bottle for free. I waited 8 days, and checked out the tracking progress. The shipping information showed that the package was never sent to them.

Sadly, after many years of being a loyal and satisfied Holistapet customer, using their products for my dogs and cats, I am now writing this review and will no longer be purchasing Holistapet products. The products themselves are good, I still believe that, but the customer service has virtually disappeared. I recently placed an order to refill my supply of CBD oil, which I need daily for a very anxious rescue cat; when the product did not show up I sent an email to customer service, who advised me that what he saw was that my credit card information did not go through. I figured I must have made a mistake when I entered the order, so I tried to redo it; each time I entered information, I got an error message saying the order could not be processed. I tried 3 different cards and 2 different browsers, but each time, after entering all of my information, I was kicked back to the error screen. I went back to the customer service rep who had responded to me initially to tell him that I was still not able to place the order; he advised me to call. I tried to call, was put on hold listening to a song about "being on hold"...clever...for a few minutes...but after a half hour it was no longer funny. I eventually hung up because nobody was ever picking up that call. I emailed customer service again, saying I just wanted to order product, could someone please help me. I got an email back saying, again, that what was seen on their end was credit card info didn't go through, and telling me that it must be a problem with my card and I should call my bank. I emailed back, AGAIN, to say no, it's not my problem, I tried 3 different cards, all of which have been used for purchases, successfully, in the last week, it is not my problem, it is yours, again, all I want is someone to please take my order, can we do that? I got another email back telling me my problem had been sent to the technical team who would review it but that could take a long time. I sent one last email saying I do not have a long time and I am really disappointed to know my business is of no interest to the company after all of these years. I got one email back essentially saying, sorry you are disappointed. And that was that -any other company would have said, how do we make this right for you -- holistapet basically said oh well, too bad. I will add that I saw other reviews about issues on the website, so they should be aware that their site is sometimes unstable, but apparently they do not care. So, all is good as long as you get a day when you are able to place your order and do not have any problems; but if you are in need of assistance from customer service, your experience may be pretty bad. I, clearly, had to order a different product in order to take care of my pet.

My issue still has not been resolved. After a long thread with a customer service rep named Appy, I still have not received a refund or the missing order. I was told that they are no longer shipping to CA and asked if I wanted a refund. YES! Who is voluntarily giving free money for no purchases? I have been asking for a refund and to get the subscription canceled and can't seem to get a real response. This is either a robot or a foreign representative.

Fraudulent company! Call their number nobody ever answers and their mobile line to communicate is also unavailable. Do NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY OR THEIR REVIEWS! Buyer BEWARE!!!!

I have been a Holistapet member since i found out about them for the sake of my pup. So recently, i have ordered a 3 pack 150mg. This was my 2nd ordering of 3 packs so i can save money. So my very first order of 3 pack, i received 30ml for each bottle. This time I received instead of 30ml was 15ml. I really don't know how they distribute the order. I just really need it in order for my pup to survive not having seizures. But i don't get it why I received 15ml. Holistapet, tell my why!!!

Order arrived in timely manner, but after care of calls and email responses were very lacking. And trying to stop a Un shipped order met with no results. And as of 8/4/2023 still no calls back or answered emails.

The product that I have been purchasing for the past several years has helped my dog’s arthritis and inflammation in his hips and legs. He no longer limps, and is relatively pain-free. It has certainly improved his quality of life. Thank you, Holistapet.

Getting in touch with anyone is literally impossible. You are on hold for at 3 or 4 hours and still no one picks up. They have the worst customer service ever. The products are great.

According to tracking, my package was delivered, however I never received it. I understand that these things happen sometimes, but I tried calling Holistapet twice, and stayed on hold for a total of an hour. No response at all. Nobody ever answered my calls, and it was during their posted hours of operation. I’ve also tried calling DHL, and nobody will answer there either. In the meantime, my sweet dog is suffering. Great products…. Horrible customer service.

When I had an issue with a product, HolistaPet refunded me without any delay. I did have a slight problem getting ahold of them (they aren't available during the chat times advertised) but nothing was urgent.

My pup had TPLO surgery and the medical dose of this cbd was perfect for keeping him calm on a daily basis without having to keep him heavily medicated on sedatives. He’s a pit bull, heavy on the bull! Lol so this product has been a god send in his recovery!

Ordered CBD with expedited delivery for the 4th of July. According to their chart, I had a couple of buffer days to get it in time. The status of the order switched to shipped very quickly, but the tracking info showed the label was printed but the package wasn't given to FedEx. After 2 weeks, I reached out to the company. They said they'd respond in 24 hours. When I hadn't heard back after 2 business days, I contested the charge with my credit card company. THEN I got a response, saying my package got lost in the processing stage (meaning they never gave it to FedEx), but they're not refunding the $30 shipping fee, even though they didn't ship anything. Update: After reaching out to the Better Business Bureau, I got a refund for the shipping. I did try to call the business before contacting BBB, but was immediately put on hold and gave up after 15 minutes of music with no indication of if/when a person might take my call.
