May 21,2023I will only buy Holistapet CBD oil for my ferrets. At one point, I did not realize I was running low and did not order in time, so I had to get a pet store available company. Checked the ingredients, but my ferrets hated it and would not take their treat bowl. Once I got the Holistapet brand, everyone was happy again. What I've noticed is that my ferrets actually thrive on the CBD oil and don't do so well with everything when I stopped using it. I tested its need a long time ago and the older ones became lethargic, moved less, played less and ate less. So I decided that it was needed for my fur babies. Princess had a tumor the size of a golf ball that we could not remove, because she was too old (9 years) in the ferret world and would not survive surgery. Using the CBD oil helped with her appetite and also movement. She even played a little, even towards the end. When her tumor finally took over one weekend, I was giving her round the clock care keeping her comfortable and I would switch between her pain med and CBD oil. She never cried out in pain and passed away peacefully in her Princess bed. If I thought she was in any kind of pain, I would have taken her to the emergency weekend vet and paid the $800 for euthanasia & ashes. I was very grateful for the Holistapet CBD oil as she liked that flavor and not so much the paid med. So I know for a fact that it actually helps my older ferrets live a better life. I now make sure I always have 1 bottle left when ordering. Of course a bottle for ferrets will last a little longer, but not by much with 11 of them taking it. The company ships in a timely manner. Of course there are circumstances that are outside of their control (weather & shipper delays), but the company works with you on those issues. They responded to my email within 24hours and then responded to replies the same day. I am appreciative of this company for their high quality product that my ferrets love.

May 21,2023I ordered Cbd oil for my dog for pain. I thought I was ordering it but with chicken flavor. I was wrong. It came as cat & dog & doesn’t work for pain. I need to order the Cbd oil & now can’t find it on your site. How do I send it back & get what I need?

May 21,2023Pathetic when you call and can't get anyone, no one returns your calls. Having problems with delivery since change in ownership there. Had everything scheduled for once a month, now we have extra bags on hand and we still give our dog the same amount everyday. This is indicative of a company that could care less about you the customer, seems to only be about the money

May 18,2023I ordered a 2 pac of CBD Calming Chews and only one arrived. I have emailed 3 times and called customer service twice over the last week. The last person told me that they have been having a lot of calls, which seems obvious from the recent poor customer service reviews. They also told me that I should expect a response within 48 hours. When asked if they could connect me with someone who could tell me more about when I could expect the rest of my order they told me they didn't have the ability to do that. By the noise in the background, it sounds like I'm speaking with an outsourced call center and not a Holistapet employee. I really hate leaving a 1 star rating for such a good product but it seems that the only way people are getting a response is if they leave a bad review. At this point, I am considering the issue closed, I'm out $35 and I've already spent more than $35 worth of my time and effort to get the product I paid for or a refund. It's disappointing because I have used Holistapet's products for several years and they seem to have been helpful for my dogs. Hopefully Holistapet will recognize the importance of a return customer and quickly make the situation right in which case I would be more than happy to write a review of their product and not their customer service.

May 18,2023I had nothing bad to say about this company until this past time that I ordered. I’ve ordered several bottles of CBD oil for my elderly dog who had arthritis. This past month I had to put my dog to sleep and ended up not needing this last bottle. It’s still in the package it was shipped. I’ve tried multiple times to find out how to return it on their website as well as reaching out through email to customer service and have heard nothing back. I had to pay to have my dog euthanized and cremated and could really use the 60.00 back to pay on the vet bill. Very bad customer service and will not be purchasing from them again unless this issue is resolved.

May 22,2023My dog’s subscription has always been the joint care CBD supplement. For some unknown reason, y’all chose to send a blueberry flavored one that is maintenance instead of the the pumpkin spice joint supplement and my dogs hate it.
