May 26,2023Were out of stock on the items I ordered, so some other items were sent instead ( items that none of my dogs even eat) and received a note with order when it arrived stating that I would be receiving a full refund of my order amount as well as receiving the items that I actually did order when it was finally back in stock. That was about 6 weeks ago and yet to have received my refund or products that were originally ordered. Very upset with how this was handled. Been a loyal customer for several years now and not sure if I will continue to use holistapet further and not likely to recommend holistapet after this incident and lack of follow up/ follow through with this issue

May 26,2023Everything was fine i ordered the cbd tinctures. Was on a bi weekly schedule for a few months plus bout others at different times. Always got exactly what i ordered and never any problems as far as on their end with shipping. Would be cool to see a little personal touch added or the occasional cheap freebe thrown in or something but thats fine not to. It was always exactly what it should have been. found them in a list of the best cbd tinctures and gave them a try was paying 60 for 300mg at PetSmart but now its like 56 for 600mg and occasionally a bogo deal.

May 26,2023The site is easy to navigate and the product is good quality and ships quickly. One improvement needed: I tried to order a dosage size that was not currently available and the site did not tell me so! I couldn’t figure out why I couldn’t order the dosage size I preferred.

May 26,2023I am middle of the road on this company. The product was great and really was helping my dog manage her arthritis. Sadly the delayed response from customer service has left me with a vote of no confidence. Hard to place an order for a few hundred dollars when you don't trust. I placed a large order for CBD treats for my dog. I received tracking information, but it was pretty useless since nothing gets scanned. I waited over two weeks for the delivery before I tried to contact the company. Sent an e-mail to customer service first but received no response. Then days later needing resolution, I found the phone number and on the call was asked if I wanted a refund or the product. I wanted the product since I was running out of treats for my dog, I was told a case would be open with that department. Finally days later I received an email from customer service that just refunded me and said my order might be sent. It was kind enough in its wording, but it left me without the CBD for my dogs arthritis. I don't want to order again since my confidence is lacking with this company. I have been looking other places to source the item.

May 25,2023I had never heard about this company until last year. I have 3 cats and my mother inlaw lives with us, also has 3 cats. They don't always get along. Chasing each other, hissing, fighting. I tried calming diffusers, calming sprays and even treats. None of it really helped. I started giving them CBD oil and it helped so much with the tension between the cats. Now they can walk past each other without hissing or swatting at each other.

May 22,2023Have been using CBD oil on our 12-year old arthritic pup for about a year now. We are convinced that it is helping her as she has a lot more spring in her stepand does a lot better on her walks. We do give her twice the 'recommended' dosage for her weight because she is so arthritic.

May 22,2023I contacted Holistapet both my email and by phone regarding an issue I noticed with my order immediately upon ordering and again when the shipping email was sent (the BOGO items - using a promotional code - did not show up on the email order slip and were showing not having been packed in the shipment). When I inquired with Holistapet to confirm they items were included in the shipment, the email response was a canned response that did not address the question asked. I followed up with a phonemail - the phone rep was kind and professional and seemed to understand my issue and assured me I'd received the assistance needed. He said he would refer my issue to another department for resolution, but I have not heard anything. I would greatly appreciate if someone would contact me to ship the remaining items for my order. Thank you.
