The service is very good, fast and flexible. I worked with the manager Abdo Dada. She is absolutely professional. She responds quickly and helps to move forward with the registration process. I like all the services! I like the development of Bloom Nine Elms!
I have been contacting customer support but there is no specialist available all the time. I can’t even upload my meter reading photo/file as the upload function does not work. I was told few weeks ago that this has been sorted, but it has not been. And they will charge you double if you don’t upload your meter reading. It has been very stressful dealing with this company. I might as well pay my bills myself, less hassle and stress. But if you do cancel your membership, you will be charged a cancellation fee of £15/month. I regret signing up with Homebox. I can’t wait to finish my contract with them, and be stress free again.

This is a huge redflag for any new customer who would date to get onboard with Homebox, please think about this TWICE or more than twice... DO NOT SIGN UP for this scam of company. I signed up thinking as "What a wonderful idea to have someone to consolidate my bills and I don't have to worry about it". Well turns out that now I have a mark on my credit score because they never told me that they open an account with British Gas, never pay them, always said to me that my utilities were with Rebel Energy and 6 month later, I have to pay a final bill that supposes to be paid by them. Try to speak to them via chat service is nightmare. Never answer the phone. It's never their fault. And if you wish to cancel your service, have to pay an early exit fee that was never mentioned as I never paid anything to sign to this company as it was part of a "perk" of the letting agency. Easy way in life is to keep your utility bills yourself and don't let anyone to take control of them.
Chloe Mart was very friendly and was happy to answer any questions that I had (no matter how silly they may have sounded). Made the whole new experience of sorting out something like this easy for me as I’ve never lived on my own before.

Back here a few months later after being scammed into this service by Ollie, do not let the nice guy at the beginning fool you. In fact, you are probably here right now because of him. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This is a massive scam that you can't get out of!

I feel like every month I have an issue where I need to contact support, my council tax no longer needs to be paid as they currently owe me for overpayment. I updated my bill on the 7th of February and it still says 'action required' meaning i'm going to be paying again. It also doesn't help that the live chat function does not work and they NEVER answer the phone. I need this taken care of please and I want to end this contract ASAP!

This has to be the worst company that I have dealt with. They've been collecting money from my account for months and I just found out that they haven't used it to pay my Energy bill! Now I have a huge outstanding balance with my provider and Homebox is completely unreachable.
