After having issues with our water bill where it wasn't getting paid to the correct amount and led to a decline in our own personal credit score. We asked to cancel or take control of our gas and electric account which originally were told would be done automatically but could take up to 5 days. We have chased this up multiple times and after a month, we have now been told it hasn't been told and to call the phone line which is busy a lot of the time.

Absolutely pathetic service! The whole point of signing up was to reduce the burden of paying bills individually, but we ended up contacting them everyday to follow up on how to upload bills on dashboard. They have poor helpline service and even worse email service where they don't answer your query to the point and end up creating a confusion. And when there is cancellation fee (which is mentioned in the contract) but when they themselves are not giving you the right service, how can you expect the customer to pay the cancellation fee! PLEASE DON'T SIGN UP. You would save so much time by just setting up Direct Debit with the providers.
The lady i spoke to (Jo) was very polite and very helpful, got me an answer straight away.
Joso Wesley, the Sales Executive, truly delivers top-notch service! He reached out to me proactively and guided me through the setup process with such detailed explanations. Whenever I faced challenges, he was there to help, always friendly and patient. Plus, his quick responses to my emails and follow-up questions were impressive! I'm so thrilled that I was able to set up all my utilities and broadband with him in no time! Seriously, I can't believe I didn't have to waste any more time researching suppliers. It's such a game changer!

After being accepted for tenancy, I received a call from Matt Stanley at Homebox who introduced me to their service and explained their partnership with my property management agency. He was very informative, giving my a clear understanding of my utility options and prices, and explaing how to navigate Homebox. He went above and beyond to answer all my questions, even looking up additional info to ensure I was fully informed. The entire process was straightforward, and thanks to Matt, I feel much more at ease knowing I'll be moving into my new home with all utilities already set up and ready to go for my move in date. It's a relief not to deal with the usual hassel of admin. A big thank you to Matt for his assistance.
