This company and its predecessor Billing Better have been a nightmare to deal with. The company purports to make paying regular bills easier however my experience is the complete opposite. It has taken 18 months to clear up a mess mainly of their doing and although they were helpful at the end when the threat of court action was taken, the service from before has left a very bitter taste

They took a lot of money from me, even though I spent so much energy. Although I asked to close my account and sent e-mails many times, I never received a response.It was the worst experience I've ever had, I regret working with this company!!!
This one is a complete scam. misleading customers into believing that they will make bill payment simple and that you can set up direct debit for your utility bills so you won't need to utilise this firm. You are unable to view your true monthly consumption since they are taking out excessive amounts.

We work with Homebox as an agent, and have Justyna as our account manager. Justyna is always super helpful, and resolves any issues us or our tenants may have. We have many tenants with their tenant packages that are also very pleased with the service they offer.
This is the most terrible service I have ever seen in my life, I don't recommend anyone to use their services for paying for utilities, it will bring you a lot of problems. They don't pay the bills for the laundry and don't even inform you about it.
