Being a senior I sometimes come unstuck. I was trying to set up my utilities and had the good fortune to have Andres to help. He was kind, and very patient. Above all he had a sense of humour and laughed with me when I got muddled. If I ever have to phone them in the future I will always ask for this delightful thing man.
