I don't get to worry about arranging for my bills as this has been sorted by homebox. However some of the process seems rigid until you get someone from their team to break it down in simpler terms. They are supposedly handling your bills to make you feel less bothered but you end up been bothered when you don't understand your deductions sometimes.
I heard about homebx from a friend and I fell in love with it. Set up has been easy and life is good now. Shoutout to Hassan the man who called me and told me the bills are all sorted.

Had an issue at the start when I started my account up as it wasn’t properly explained as to how the process works. I had to ring up again to confirm, after speaking to someone recently my issue was resolved and now I have peace of mind as to what is happening with my account.
Shanice manage to solve my problems : - a way to pay my first bill ( so that I do not start my first payment with a bad credit rating in UK ) - an email to make it possible for me to proof my residency in UK to open a bank account. I called so many times ( please connect me ) but this one call to Shanice Gregory Astle of HomeBox - made my day n resolved the most urgent issues I had
