It has been over 1 month since ordering a ring for my wife. The tracking that was provided has my order bouncing all around San Francisco and the surrounding areas. There is no phone number to call to verbally talk with someone. The customer service sucks, no communication expect through email that they answer every once in a while. Will not recommend this company to anyone at all.
At first it wasn't great I thought I had been scam and I was so upset but today I did receive my ring for my daughter who had loss her baby it was beautiful the quality 💯 , my daughter the peace I seen in her face was something I can't explain it is like the baby fingers is holding onto their mom ..not cheap looking so sorry I was so quick to judge ..
Ordered a ring on 17/12 as a Christmas present -only just arrived. Customer service is non existent - I sent numerous emails but unfortunately my queries on delivery went unanswered. 'Tracking information' is supplied but it suggested the package sat in an airport in China for over 3 weeks? Definitely would not use again....woeful experience

Again I waited over a month for my ring. I had to write an email asking where it was & it still hadn't moved from China. Tracking is difficult & you have to stay on it. When It finally came, I was excited to see it. The ring itself was to have been engraved with "All Things Are Possible" the engraving was so small I needed my camera to see it. I noticed the engraving was wrong it said "All Thing Possible". Very disappointed. The proceeds are to go to Saint Judes Hospital. I really hope it does bc that's why I purchased the ring. The ring itself is very thin & on the inside it should've been stamped with 925 meaning it's sterling silver. It was missing so is it really sterling silver? Who knows? A got a tiny cardboard paper of authenticity however, anyone can print that up. It needs to be on the jewelry itself & it's not. This is definitely not worth the price or the long wait & it will be the last time I purchase with them. I had to chase my feather ring as well, it was late arriving & the engraving you needed a magnifying glass to see it. It was a gift for an artist who lost her father. I pray hers is nice. Very disappointed.
The rings are for my sister who passed- they are beautifully made and do justice to her memory. Hope Rings did a wonderful job on them. From the engraving to the packaging- and my sisters name is Hope how fitting 🪽💚
All the reviews about this site HOPE RINGS, are all fake, do not believe them, I ordered a ring for my wife in memory of her parents just before Christmas, with mum and dad engraved on it ,they took £32-00 out of my account on the 28-12-2023 and guess what, I have received nothing, you can’t contact them because you cannot get through to them, every email sent to them, comes back MAILER FAILURE, they have vanish into thin air,they are a scam site, and they still have the cheek to send me emails about the products they are selling.
I ordered a ring December 23 and it’s now January 10 and I have not received it. I have tried to contact them but get no reply. I would not order from them. They say 5-7 day but it’s been almost 15 days and no ring and no contact.
I placed an order on the 29th of December after losing my grandma. Now its 1/10/24. Multiple emails have been attempted. No response. Multiple text attempts. No response. All of the information online shows expedited shipping is free. So 2 week wait with expedited shipping? Amazing. Definitely want a refund. But can't get anyone in this company to respond. Definitely a scam and taking advantage of mourning and grieving families . DO NOT BUY FROM.

Dont go for it!! After odering 8 items in hopes for a christmas 2023 delivery for family members I will say this company has lost all my faith in them. They will not answer calls, emails take forever and they are same formating with the "stephanie" in each one. Avoid them at all costs. I am sick of how people say sentimental and such and turn around and treat you like this during these times, it's a big shame and let down.

It took a month to get the ring I ordered. 2 weeks in I get a message about a review, so I wrote a review, stating that I haven’t even received a ring yet, and I cannot get a hold of anybody in their company. I finally received the ring after a month. I ordered the ring on December 2 and I received it on January 4. During the last two weeks about Christmas time I found another email and I emailed them asking where my package was. Today on January 6 I get an email from them asking about have I received my package and the person‘s name was Stephanie. I replied to the email and they replied back with an automated message.

I ordered 2 rings for my mums ashes my daughter worn her for one day and her finger went black I emailed and Stephanie asked for information I sent photos and proff of purchase said she was sorry and would send me a replacment I still haven't received it and all my emails are now getting.returned I haven't worn my ring incase my finger goes black and we are not elergic to the metals they use absolutely heartbroken and disappointed and disgusting on the no ring and no reply do not buy 💔 the way they have ignored me and sending my.emails back as I stated of section 15 of the comsumer act you are entitled to a refund or replacement on faulty goods emails have come back yet agagin

Jan 23,2024The company put a lot of advertising on social media, which is where I found them. It did take a very long time to get my order but I believe they were overwhelmed with orders during the Christmas holiday. I did receive my order and I am satisfied with what I ordered. This is a growing company and I wish them well.
