Feb 16,2024I was saying by email after my first order they would rebate my entire new order , I just needed to send back a positive review and receipt. It ended up their email was wrong so I could not reply. They let me spend money for a second order in a misleading way !

Feb 16,2024I ordered the faith ring for my DIL. When she didn’t receive it, I looked into the matter. It was then I realized I made an error in her address. I emailed them and received a prompt response. They said they could send a replacement for a small shipping charge. Before I agreed to it, my DIL called to say she received it. She loves it! I was very happy with the customer service I received!

Feb 09,2024Avoid!! Poor quality ring. Poor customer service. Poor quality engraving. Firstly, it takes weeks and weeks to receive the ring. They state it will fit everyone but I have slim fingers, yet it only fits on the wedding ring finger, it digs in on any other finger. Secondly my dogs name is so small and squashed together that I can barely read it. When I requested a refund they said as it is a custom product it is non-refundable. Not exactly what you want when you are grieving. This was supposed to be a lovely memorial, but it's not. Don't waste your money !!!

Feb 06,2024When I finally received my urn ring order I was over the moon however the screw came lose and fell out and so did the ashes, I have contacted Hope Rings on several occasions for a replacement screw with no luck at all. Customer services are not good at replying to emails now I have a beautiful ring that I can’t wear since Christmas because no one at customs services are willing to help, I’m asking for a replacement screw not the world

Feb 04,2024I absolutely love my ring. It's both beautiful and subtle. When I ordered the ring I was really missing my girl, Lexie. Now I must say that I have never been a "touchy/feely" woman. Having said that, I must add that I felt comforted as soon as I slipped the ring on my finger. I haven't removed it since. I highly recommend it.

I contacted customer support, they were so helpful and responsive, I’ve never experienced good customer care like that, I received my ring in 3 days. The ring is exactly what I wanted, good quality. Memories of my angel, My Mum . ❤️❤️

Jan 29,2024So I was really pleased with my ashes urn ring, Lost the screw when I was trying to add the ashes and had great customer service with quick responses and they sent out a replacement screw which I was really happy with. However , after wearing the ring for about 2 months I now have started to get inching on my finger and the underside of the ring seems to be discolouring and also feels slightly rough. The ring is hallmarked as 925 silver but this shouldn’t happen with silver so I’m now beginning to wonder if the ring is actually silver plated . Anyone else had this experience? Thanks

Jan 25,2024I ordered a ring December 14th and I thought it was taking a long time to get here so some time in the middle of January I contacted HopeRings by email and they discovered my order was lost in transit and immediately made another custom ring and sent it right away. I received the ring January 25th and my wife literally cried as it was in memory of her Dad. The ring is of great quality being .925 sterling silver. Although the first ring was lost and it took a little longer the outcome was well worth the wait. Their customer service is excellent and I'm very happy and will be ordering more for other family members. Thank you HopeRings.

Contact customer services and their only seems to be one person dealing with all complaints her name is Stephanie . Just the most Awful company taking advantage of people that have lost love ones and want something to remind them selves of their deceased member. Disgusting should be shut down and reported

Feb 17,2024I order 2 rings from hope rings I wanted the engraving to say MOM'S ❤️ LA 617 I got them today and it's says MOM L A 617 that not what I wanted I wanted the rings one for me and one for my sister I I'm really disappointed with my order what happened to the ❤️ I will never buy anything from company ever again.
