Dec 29,2023Well I ordered 13th of dec said it would be here by Christmas and still hasn't arrived nor received a tracking number thanks for not shipping the ring my mom has cancer and this was her Christmas gift. Your company should be ashamed.

Dec 29,2023I ordered on Dec. 8th, and paid extra to get my order expedited. As of today, no idea where or if I'll even get the ring. Some scammy tracking that says my item is in S San Francisco and according to the tracking has been there for 3 weeks. I want a refund. And if you are looking for a recommendation, don't buy anything from these people.

Dec 29,2023Ordered in the beginning of December being given a delivery date before Christmas. I have emailed several times being given a standard response email, tracking only shows a label being made. After getting mildly attitudish in my last email I was told that the person on the other side of the keyboard would chexk with the shipping dept and get back to me that was 1.5 weeks before Christmas. It is now Dec. 28th I have not received an email, an updated shipping date, or the product I ordered. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE A SCAM!!!

Have emailed numerous times and keep getting the standard response that it's in transit, even though it says it's sitting in San Francisco for the last 2 weeks "awaiting shipment", so the Post Office hasn't even received it yet. Frustrating to say the least.....Dec 28th and still don't have it.

Dec 29,2023Purchased my daughter's ring on 12/8/23 and was guaranteed to be delivered before Christmas (2023). Shipping label wasn't even generated until 12/18/23 and as of 12/28/23 the ring still sits in Oakland, CA. Updates show I won't receive it now until 1/2/24, but I'm not holding my breath. Extremely displeased. Don't guarantee something if you can't deliver on that promise.

Dec 29,2023Purchased dec 8th for a Christmas gift for a friend who just lost her mom. Said guarantee delivery for Christmas. Paid extra for express shipping. Never received it. Emailed three times with little info in response. It’s on it way is all I got. Based in California. I live in Ohio. 3 day standard shipping. Estimated now for Jan 2. Makes me wonder if it’s coming from China and poor quality. Don’t even want it now!!

They say they are Incorporated in California, this is misleading as they are located in CHINA. I still have not received my item, gotten any correspondence from them and I used EVERY email, website form and text to contact them.

Dec 28,2023By far the absolute worst experience ever with a company. Ordered a ring three weeks before Christmas, paid extra to have my order expedited and extra for faster shipping. Christmas came and went but still no ring. Tracking your order with this company flat out sucks. My tracking information hasn't updated in weeks. Email after email with very little to no response. Customer service is a joke and any issues that you will occur you will be provided none to little help. The choice is yours but I do not recommend this company to anyone. AVOID!

Dec 28,2023Ordered two rings back Dec 7th received email stating order was in Oregon . Was under the impression that the money I spent was including expedited shipping. Package sat in Oregon for few days reached out by email text message and tried calling figured I was scamed. Never received any returned messages calls or emails. Finally received the rings yesterday. I used shop tracking watch it go clear to San Francisco. It ruined the timing for something special for my wife who lost her mother. Probably will not refer anyone found same style rings on Amazon for cheaper and through companies that will communicate better with their customers
