Ordered the ring on the 17th of December still waiting for it to be delivered tried contacting them had nothing back in the way of communication
AVOID at all costs, ring ordered six weeks ago, appreciate Xmas period, email after email still no reply or ring!! Not happy

I have yet to receive the 2 rings I’ve ordered. I received a thank you for my purchase but no order number or any information about shipping!!! Ready to contact the better business bureau!!! Extremely unhappy!! This was supposed to be something special for my daughter and niece on the loss of their papa!!!
So on December 9th I ordered 3 rings. I received an email the very nest day about the engraving. That was Great. Then no word. I was very busy in December so I just waited. I believe December 21st I sent an email about not receiving my order and no word. I got a reply that they would look into it and get back to me. NO word to this day January 3rd. I still do not have my Christmas gifts. As far as I am aware I was ripped off.
It's a beautiful ring and it means so much to me because I had my husband's name put on it. I lost him 6 months ago to cancer. Thank you
I purchased a ring for a friend who lost her son. The item was ordered December 11th and to date I still haven't received the item, nor any response whatsoever from customer service. Very dissatisfied customer and will have to contact my credit card to get a refund.
Beautiful rings, to date I have purchased 3 and intend to buy more of the pieces. Only slight complaint is that the last two I purchased together I paid extra £5 for fast processing, however unfortunately it didn't make any difference whatsoever and the items didn't arrive in time for Christmas which was disappointing.

The two rings l purchased for my daughter and granddaughter in memory of their dad and grandad were beautiful engraving and very well presented with a gift box and verse Weel done Hope Rings will highly recommend The only downfall was my daughter lost her ring guardian angel on boxing day she is deverstated

Worst company AVOID!!! Paid for four gift bags £6 each for the 4 rings I bought. They sent one gift bag and WONT return my £18!!! Absolute joke of a company and Stephanie who seems to be the only idiot to respond the same comment every time is useless. Apparently she can’t refund my money until there is an investigation. Asked for a photo of the missing gift bags???? Seriously total joke
I ordered two rings at the end of November it was a Christmas gift for my sisters after our dad passing. After not receiving any order status update in December i started to send emails / WhatsApp even tried to call but the phone was unavailable I was being asked to review a product that I hadn’t received so then finally after sending message after message Stephanie reached out but was useless and never came back with any answers on my product, I requested a refund as they clearly hadn’t started processing my order. which I have only just received, it was a nice idea but a terrible company to deal with and zero customer support, for such a sensitive subject matter the added stress is not worth the hassle.

I still have not received my order. I have called, emailed, and text all contact numbers listed. I received one response asking for my order number and name even though it was in the email they responded to. I sent it again and now we are back to no communication. Your customer service sucks and I would not recommend to anyone ever.
When i ordered I was unaware how long shipping would take. Three weeks later the ring has arrived, communication has been dreadful. However the item is great, the recipient very happy... thank you.
