Feb 17,2025Left my house to be with two unsecured windows more than a week and counting. Dragging abut the quality when cant even send out right window glassing beads. Ordered two windows. First they send one window glass to be wrong one - no bigy. Got replacement glass. Put both windows in to find glassing beads are wrong as well. They have no urgency to get it sorted, one email a day company. Got triple glazed windows to save and now paying fortune for heating as two windows are not fully secured. Absolutely horrible experience.

Order confirmation was emailed with in a couple of hours of me placing order with a lead time of 3 to 4 weeks delivery, great. However I received an email to say door was ready for delivery after just 2 weeks.this was then followed up by a phone call to check if delivery date was convenient and giving a 3 hour delivery window. Superb communication superb quality product and a very fair price. Putting an extension up in new year and will definitely be using House of Windows again.
