May 26,2024We have used Howkins and Harrison for years. They rented out my UK Barn when I moved to Australia and then sold it. We had another rental in Rugby which they then managed and sold recently. Being overseas adds a new dimension as you cannot view the property and rely on accurate feedback and even meter readings. Which we got. Full marks to Helen Thomas for keeping in touch and monitoring the sale on a daily basis and to Robert Eyton-Jones for the overall supervision and the regular phone calls.

This gives so much more information than the videos or 360 online tours, and saved us flights and time. We were able to put offers in subject to viewing, and then we visited once a price was agreed to confirm & see the house in person. We are really grateful to them, for being flexible, accommodating, - and 'moving with the times - and the 2024 digital age!'
