His friendly and supportive approach made the entire process hassle-free. Apr 29,2024Yesterday I noticed a leaking radiator after the boiler indicated low pressure. Emailed Alex Eldred as previously was informed he is the property manager. Not even 3 hours passed after flagging this issue up to Alex via email, I received an email back and a call from the plumber who attended the residence and replaced the faulty radiator. It has been incredibly easy to contact and stay in touch with Alex through out the whole process and he checked back at evey step to ensure issue is sorted promptly and efficiently. He has been incredibly helpful, prompt and efficient. Communication was kept at a very high standard. The best customer service received from an estate agency - Howkins&Harrison truly are the best at what they do!

They’ve supplied property details whilst we were searching, helped with a successful offer being accepted and continue to keep in touch. When Nadine called to confirm our offer had been accepted, she was almost as pleased as we were (she couldn’t quite match our excitement!). From the very start, Lisa has always been extremely attentive, responsive and professional. At every stage Lisa has gone above and beyond in order to work with us effectively and in an extremely time efficient manner too. As well as the professional manner in which Lisa has worked with us, she has also always done this with a kind and caring manner too. She's always been extremely responsive to calls and emails and when she hasn't been available, her colleagues have always tried their best to assist me or have contacted Lisa on my behalf.
