We bought our house with them and they were so good and efficient that we decided to sell our house with them too when we decided to sell. Clair went above and beyond to make sure everything was moving smoothly and that we were happy with everything. She always called us back and kept us up to date. Thoroughly recommend!

Jun 19,2024Drew Stewart of Northampton did an excellent job of looking at the bigger picture and quickly resolving an internal H&H issue, finding a solution to the main issue and apologising to myself and the previous tenants. I was told that (a team member) tried to get extra rooms painted which i hadn’t requested which caused delays and upset the previous tenant and myself. This should never have happened in the first place, if H&H had been looking after my house properly then the issue wouldn’t have been there in the first place. Thank you Drew for understanding and being professional about this and keeping me updated daily. Nice one, you get 5 Stars. Hope H&H sales team becomes as dynamic as you at selling my property.

She was so understanding and i really felt like if it was not for her I wouldn’t be lucky enough to be moving into my dream home right now. If I could give ten stars I would thank you Lisa for being patient and understanding just what you want when looking for a place it’s stressful enough.
