Considering I had so many questions, he managed these well too and was extremely thorough. As daunting a task is to rent your home, it certainly doesn't seem as huge a project as I first thought. I was contacted by the contractor this morning. He attended and fixed 4 faulty window handles. He did a great job. Really pleased and grateful how this was dealt with.

Alex reached out straight away, followed very quickly by a call from an electrician. Super impressed with how quickly the issue has been sorted. Jul 19,2024I have rented the same property for 17 years and this year was the test when the 45 year old boiler came to its natural end, I contacted Alex and within couple of weeks, it was sorted, he pushed it through and was helpfu throughout even with my countless calls. Most recently sorted damage caused by heavy rain coming through ceiling and assisted us to get hedge cut. He is on the case and returns calls and emails professionally.

Aug 07,2024We’ve been with Howkins and Harrison now for over 3 years and we do owe a lot to them in finding the perfect house to rent. At a time of desperate need during COVID they found us a house which to this day has been so far the best we’ve lived in. Any problems or issues with the house are never a trouble or problem, at times I feel a bit of a pain as 1 thing goes in the house and other problems seem to follow but they are quick to reply and get on top of whatever that problem is. A special shout out to Nicole Ashenden from the Daventry Lettings Team for her prompt, kind replies. All those who work in the Daventry office are there to help you by always being at the end of an email or phone call.
