Jul 05,2021Initially everything ran smoothly until a week before the end of the Stamp Duty deadline when an unexpected issue put the whole chain in jeopardy but H&H Towcester and especially Karen pulled out all the stops to push the deal through and keep all parties happy ! We bought & sold through H&H and would use them again for sure.

Jun 26,2021As a landlord for many years I deal with many agents when selling and buying property and I can honestly say that my recent experience with H & H has been one of the most stress free and enjoyable one ever. The team there are fantastic and very professional and they never dropped the ball once. In a market which has been crazy over the last year they must be rushed off their feet but they still managed to make the transaction smooth and trouble free. I particularly liked their proactive approach and special mention must go to Julian who was so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I wholeheartedly recommend them and am looking forward to working with them again soon.

They have worked incredibly hard to ensure the sale has gone through as smoothly as possible and taken the pressure off by helping with contacting the solicitors and other 3rd parties with . I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
