Aug 22,2024I have been a landlord with Hawkins and Harrison for a year, under a full management service. Any issues with maintenance and repairs have been dealt with promptly and efficiently. A special mention to Jackie, who has investigated a concern arising from my property's report. Jackie resolved the issue straight away, contacting me as soon as it was all done. She also included photographic evidence, which immediately put my mind at rest. I appreciate that I didn't have to chase nor ask for updates. Thank you very much Jackie.

Aug 19,2024We met Lisa Swinnerton from the Atherstone branch after seeking a new letting agent following a bad experience with another company. She has been amazing since the start. Lisa is efficient and just a few days after the property was advertised she had viewings and she put forward several prospective tenants. Once we had made our decision she has ensured all checks complete, tenancy agreement signed, inventory complete and a move in date sorted. Lisa has kept us up to date the entire process and I feel so happy that she and the team at Howkins and Harrison are managing the letting of my property.
