So helpful and pain-free to order my oven. Could even pick a Saturday delivery which was free! The delivery company dropped me a text the day before and updated me on the day with a two hour delivery window. Oven is great. Cannot fault Hughes at all. Will DEFINITELY buy from Hughes again. Thank you Adam and Sarah for sorting me out with a great oven and a top class delivery service. PS, Love the oven too!

Feb 16,2025Site is not down however is glitching majorly. Will not let us past the Checkout page. When the site does let us through, it takes deposit from us then glitches and doesn't work. I still don't know whether my deposit of £100 will come back. Tried to speak to someone on live chat however they sounded rude and unprofessional. Did not help. Absolutely fuming with how today has gone on this website.
