Jan 26,2025Hughes' have an effective price match feature on their site that automatically adjusts the price. I like this and makes ordering easy without any fuss. Pickup is from the local store, that has a small carpark.

Jan 26,2025Poor communication. First our appliance was broken en route, then it was lost... Communication from Hughes was not great - we had to chase them for information on both occasions. Not only did this mean that we had to put our plans on hold for the two failed deliveries, we also had to reschedule the electrician... When we finally received it about 3 weeks after the initial scheduled delivery the packaging was broken. Thankfully the oven seems OK, but I'm not sure I'd be purchasing anything through Hughes again.

Jan 25,2025purchased a beko washing machine on the 13/1/25 from day one it was not working correctly , rang hughes and all i have had is lip service.They said they would phone back on two occasions still waitng looks like it is going to be small claims court to get any action on this issue, i have used hughes for a number of years for various electricals but like all companies they are probaly under new management, looks like finding another supplier?.

Jan 24,2025We needed to replace an American style fridge freezer and dishwasher. Whilst looking online we came across Hughes Electricals. We telephoned them and spoke to Chris who was extremely helpful and ordered a Bosch American style fridge freezer and a Bosch dishwasher. The prices were good and the items were delivered on time. We also spoke to Chris again a couple of days later and ordered a small Hotpoint tumble dryer.
