I received my TV on the day I requested but not sure if that was luck! I had no confirmation email or any correspondence from Hughes regarding the delivery so I had to chase them up only to be told that the delay was due to my Restricted address. Really am sick of having to deal with this staying in Aberdeenshire. If I knew there was a carry on with my postcode they wouldn't have got my business as I refuse to deal with companies that hit us with a surcharge. I then got an email from the courier that it would be on Saturday and they were top notch so everything worked out well but sad to say I won't be using Hughes again.

WM purchase. Good price for new machine/take away old one, and fast despatch to couriers. Unfortunately on the day couriers couldn’t get up the street due to snow. These things happen. Courier system went a bit awry and I emailed sales @ Hughes about it but got no response. Chased up courier myself and finally got it a week later. Pleased with the machine so got there in the end.

Rubbish service. Make sure you get everything in writing and chase them. What they say on the phone and email about deliveries is not true. I ordered a replacement washing machine with a delivery date confirmed. The day before the delivery I’m told the item is not available. I agree another brand and confirm the delivery date can still be met. I took the day off work only to discover the delivery was delayed by another 5 days. Complete joke and rubbish customer service. Why confirm everything by phone and email only to find out it all lies. Rubbish experience. Won’t use again.

Good experience original order and requesting replacement for faulty item. Unfortunately, delivery on both occasions a day late via APC, and APC failed to collect faulty item as arranged but DPD able to do so

I paid the money and I got a nice TV, that was all perfectly fine. I was however rather disappointed that when buying a TV with free delivery, I was not able to add a wall bracket and get that thrown in on the same delivery, instead they wanted a fairly high delivery charge just for the bracket. So I didn't buy the bracket.

Managed to get next day delivery on the tv I wanted, it seemed to be out of stock everywhere but found it here and was really happy with the service, no problems at all. Thank you!

I have never purchased from Hughes before (I thought they only did tv's), but a google search found them when I was looking to replace my microwave Combi. I was pleasantly surprised at what they had to offer and found their website and ordering system very easy to use. After placing my order, I received rapid confirmation of all details including delivery schedule. Everything went exactly as they promised, I couldn't be happier with their service. I will definitely be using them again.
