Feb 20,2025Wouldn’t even give one star. Absolutely poor customer service—made it very clear they only care about taking your money. They got our order completely wrong, which I understand—mistakes happen. However, I don’t think it’s right that I have to chase my own order and then wait an additional three days for the correct one. Very poor service. They also ignored my email, as if nothing had happened. There are better white goods companies out there!!!

You will receive notifications of when you will receive your delivery and you may get a call from the friendly and helpful customer service team. Delivery men are capable and chatty, I even had a follow up email from after sales making sure everything was in order. The TV is great, the sound system is great and what value for money.

Feb 20,2025The fridge was a very reasonable price and delivered on time. Unfortunately when it was removed from the packaging there were two small dents in the lower part of the door. Also one of the feet for levelling was broken. This was probably either prior to delivery or as a result of delivery. As this fridge was for use in the garage I couldn’t be bothered to send it back.

A good range of machines with very competitive prices made the decision easy. The website is easy to use and the purchase completed was straightforward. Delivery two working days later and tracking it meant no time wasted waiting around. All round first class service.
