Works like Magic & saving us a lot of time & money. A bit technical but once u playground and know what & how things work. Hisense Heat Pump Dryer 10kg is a Saviour.To keep on top have to clean the filter once drying is completed & regularly empty the water if hose outlet not connected.Main Filter where possible to be cleaned once a month or weekly depending on usage. Item not Suitable if kept in room with Temperature under 10°.Prior to purchasing Hisense Heat Pump Tumbler Dryer contacted Hughes on few occasions to get clarity on offer/deal/Cash back & how item would be delivered to First Floor in our house to a specific Room,as I had to be sure what would be the final outcome & was given detailed explanation about the same.Post delivery had some challenges on using the product but got a call from their Tech Team who gave precise & honest opinion where possible.Even managed to get price match post delivery as per their promise on their Website.Would definitely recommend Hughes & make any future purchases.
