Was unable to connect to the charger via my phone as it appeared unavailable to adopt. Had an online chat establishing it was not readily resolvable so the advisor raised a ticket. Sebastian called me the next day and as soon as I was available he steered me through the process of reconnecting the charger to my device. The level of customer service was excellent and was very satisfied with all communications resulting in a positive outcome.
Really impressed with Hypervolt so far, really clear ordering process and explanations and put me in touch with the local installer to arrange the detailed plans. Have followed up regularly to check on progress and looking forward to the box being installed next week!

I had an issue with the history and analytics where there was no data being displayed. This was quickly fixed and follow up emails sent to check the issue was resolved. The reason I chose Hypervolt in the first place was the feedback, support and reviews in resolving issues quickly, my experience was the same as others, excellent.

My Hypervolt 3.0 holster has experienced problems and Hypervolt have kindly talked me through it and found a solution to correct it. They were very courteous during the calls and got back to me quickly with a solution. Very polite and pleasant to deal with.
Well the first thing i did was ask around with some Electrician friends and they all gave the thumbs up to the Hypervolt so i got in touch and they were extremely helpful - at least there was somebody to talk to rather than the others out there who just expected me to fill out a form and enter my card details. They recommended a local installer who was also top notch and came out very quickly to install the unit which looks very cool. Would definitely recommend - no reason to make any follow up as yet as its a new install but the fact they took the time to call and check everything went well says a lot in my opinion.
I’ve had to contact support a couple of times thru lack of knowledge mainly. Today I dealt with Adam who sorted out my questions and queries really patiently and helped me understand several things. A lot of this is new to me (an old man) and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Hypervolt as a charger and as a company who provides excellent customer service!!
Had a great experience dealing with Nidhi of the sales team. She dealt with my discount on my new V3 charger without any issue and responded to my emails promptly great service.
Pro 3 stopped talkiing via Ethernet. Chsrger was still doing its thing, minus sheduling. After some phone diagnostics, they contacted my installer and sent out a new network card. All shipshape with only minor frustration.
Avoid at all costs. Hypervolt stopped working completely after just a few months. Relying on 3 pin plug now. Hypervolt won’t even come out for 3 weeks. Car needed for urgent work in NHS.
I have had a Hypervolt v2 for 2 years and worked flawlessly m. I have just gone through the upgrade process via their WhatsApp channel. Nidhi was excellent. Also offered a blue light card discount. (Which I forgot to add on previously) got contacted by the installer and waiting on the date. Really great service. Thank you
From initial enquiry to having my new charger installed was only 8 days, great service from Hypervolt and the installer Revolution EV. I was keen to hide the cables as much as possible and after chatting to the installer (Keith) I received a revised quote which was very reasonable considering the extra materials and labour involved. I think (when Octopus integration happens) it’ll be the best charger on the market for the price. Highly recommend.

In my job we always say a company will promise you the earth to get you to buy, but what are they like when it goes wrong? That is the real test of how good a company is, or not. In July 2002 purchased a Hypervolt home charger, installed by an approved installer, and took the extra warranty so I was covered for 5 years. Normally I don't purchase these, but with 2 EV's a working charger is critical. Life was good and the charger did exactly what I needed it to do often delivering around a 1000kWh of power a month in all weathers. Mid April 2024, without warning, it stopped working as expected and delivered only a fifth of the expected power to charge the EV's. Big issue as now having to use expensive public chargers! Got in touch with Hypervolt, and they tried to remotely access the charger with no success. Then they invoked the terms of the warranty, and 5 working days later I'm back up and charging! Brilliant customer service.

Had a great installer through Hypervolt (OMP Electrical) had have now been using the charger every day and we absolutely love it. Great app for our uses. The charger hides the cable conveniently and makes everything look tidy and so easy instead of having to get the charger from the boot all the time.
