Jun 08,2024Booked to order my Hypervolt charger through the Hypervolt website. They immediately put me in touch with their approved installer in the area who were EVC Electrical in Bexley. The whole process was great, I was able to supply all of the information they needed remotely and everything was automated in terms of booking. The two chaps that turned up were really helpful and had the work done in under 2 hours, fitted exactly where we wanted it and left very tidy. Really pleased with the Hypervolt charger too, 10m cable is great and the app is really intuitive.

Jun 07,2024Excellent is the only word for Hypervolt. We have had the unit in for a little over a year with no problem. The service department really excelled themselves. I'm not very experienced with fault finding or explaining problems with electrics. Ayan was very at assuring me it could and would be sorted. Thank you to all concerned. I really can't recommend Hypervolt highly enough. Thanks for giving me the opportunity to express my appreciation.

Jun 06,2024My experience of Hypervolt has been awful. It was installed 9th Sept 2023, in the early months it never did what I expected it to do but being a new EV owner I assumed it must have been user error. I finally contacted Customer Services after a generalised computer server issue. Since then I have had unreliability issues, sometimes it works , other times I will go to the van expecting it to be fully charged and it is not. My charger has been reset once. I am now at the stage of the installer investigating the problem. I am grateful that I do not have to rely on the van to earn a living! To be fair the Customer Service I have had from Hypervolt over the telephone has been good and the installer Swytch has been excellent. However my overall lived experience has been 8 months of frustration.

Jun 06,2024Phone answered in less than a minute, by a lovely polite clear spoken young lady who talked me through re-adopting the new charger after problems with the initial setup. Very please with the service, it's so rare these days.

Jun 05,2024I had an issue with my Hypervolt car charger failing to register charge consumption. Having contacted Hypervolt they reviewed the problem and decided to replace the charger. They shipped the new unit to a local electrical contractor to make the changeover. Hypervolt are without a doubt a great company to deal with and are always there to offer help. This together with selected reliable installers proves to be, how we would wish all suppliers performed. Many thanks and I would recommend them,

Jun 05,2024I've had a few interactions with Hypervolt where they've really pulled it out of the bag: 1) Newly installed charger kept dropping internet connection via WiFi - Hypervolt sorted me out with a powerline kit. It's been solid since. 2) Charger totally lost power - Customer Service worked with me to figure out and isolate the problem, and then helped manage the installer to fix it. 3) The app interface wasn't functioning correctly - Customer Service via the online chat had it sorted in about 10 mins. Robert was very polite and cleared down a few bugs, problem solved. I've had the charger since late 2021 and have seen the company evolve. The customer service aspect is why I chose them in the first place and I haven't been let down there.

Jun 04,2024Installation and initial setup of the charger by our electrician was very straightforward. Two weeks on the phone app failed to connect to the charger, Hypervolt support very quickly talked through the issue and gave me details of how to resolve it.

Jun 10,2024The guy came to fit my ev charger on time and did a great job pointing out that I needed a rdc fitting which cost forty pounds which was well worth it to be safe and compliant.when upgrading it said you got 5 years warranty but when you read the warranty it’s only for 3 years and you have to purchase the other 2years that’s why I gave 4 stars instead of five
