Jun 15,2023We had our Hypervolt charger fitted last May. The app stopped working and wouldn't connect to the charger and needed a firmware upgrade. Contacted Hypervolt and Daniel helped source the issue, ordered parts, contacted the installer and ensured everything was working. He went above and beyond, brilliant customer service. Would recommend Hypervolt

Jun 15,2023Bought Home Charger 12 months ago- great kit no issues. Recently lost control of charger via App- seemed to be a problem of internet Wi-Fi signal from house router and not being able to tag/intaglio App between email accounts. Agent helped and talked through resetting accounts and system check. All seems well again, but agent detected my nervousness and said be free to call again if any issues. Agent was great, he called when promised and he actively and proactively made attempts to follow up to see if all ok - Great Service and good kit.

Jun 14,2023My electrician tells me that often with other brands it can take an hour to get the charger, app and car to talk to one another. With Hypervolt it was Ping! First time.

Jun 13,2023The guy from Hypervolt recommend installer (Alexander Zane) came round to install on the 29th May. He is very professional and done neatly. I had my EV car on the 3rd June then I plug in to charge my car, so far so good, it was less charging time than what I expected. Hopefully, it carry on perform well without any issues. One thing is less worrying as Hypervolt offer 3 years warranty.

Jun 13,2023The Hypervolt app wasn't working properly so I couldn't charge my car. Even though it was a Sunday the helpline assisted me to go through all the options until it was fixed so I could go on the long journey I was planning. Also the functionality of Hypervolt is superb is it works perfectly with my PV solar panels and automatically adjust the charge current to match the PV output without drawing power from the grid. I would highly recommend without reservations.

Jun 13,2023The Tchnical Support Executive who contacted me following my email query patiently guided me through what I needed to do to remedy the problem I had. Having done that the prcess was tested to see if the problem had been resolved, which it had been. I am completely satisfied with what Hypervolt did for me yesterday. Bill Putman

Jun 17,2023I am very happy with my Hypervolt charger. Simple and clean app with all info you need. Great looking charger with adjustable lighting plus on top of this the colour of the light tells you what is happening ( schedule,charging,etc) Worth every penny. Customer support is fantastic too. Could not be happier
