A glitch occurred on the unit which was not connecting. App got me through to Robert at Hypervolt straightaway who sorted it all remotely in a few minutes and it was back operational again. Excellent service.

The Hypervolt employee who I dealt with today (Robert) guided me through re setting the charger and bringing it back online. The unit itself is brilliant and this episode has reassured me that their customer service/ tech teams are just as good.
Ordered my Hypervolt Homepro 3 charger through the Hypervolt website after doing my research. During the ordering process they put me in touch with their local approved installer who were EVC Electrical. Very simple and easy process. I was able to upload all the information they needed before the install and booking confirmed very quickly. Their approved installers are top notch. There are a lot of features on the app although I tend to schedule the charge from the vehicle app, as I find it simpler than using the Hypervolt app so it’s really only being used as a dumb charger but it’s useful to have the charging statistics and costs. Mainly purchased for the aesthetics, the ability for it to work with solar and more importantly the upcoming integration with Octopus TOU tariffs although they still aren’t able to confirm an exact date for this other than Q3. Once this is enabled I think this will be one of the best chargers on the market.

I'd dreaded finding and arranging someone to come fit a charger but hypervolt made it very easy by just applying through their website and putting me in touch with their approved installer. Very happy with the install and the quality of the product. I did have an issue getting the charger connected to my WiFi that hypervolt couldn't figure out but I managed to do it by myself in the end.

After a lot of research I decided to order the Hypervolt home charger for my Tesla Model Y, and after almost 18 months of regular use I have not been disappointed. The charger itself is reasonably priced, extremely reliable and as yet has never failed to charge. The iOS App is seamless, easy to set up and simple to use with some great features. I would also like to highly recommend the use of the Hypervolt WhatsApp Technical service which have been great in responding to any queries or questions I have had. Well done Hypervolt!

I contacted Hypervolt to inform the company that my EV home-charger was not working. I 'chatted' with two members of the team who failed to get back in touch with me and failed to organise a 'site-visit'. On that basis I would have given a 1-star rating. However, Ayan, another member of the team stepped in to organise a company to carry out the work. She proved first-class! Ayan was very polite, most efficient and highly professional, contacting me several times to update me and check everything was fine before and after the work had been carried out. The company (Severnsparks) and the engineer that carried out the work (whose name I've sadly forgotten) were excellent and quickly repaired the problem. As I told Ayan, she restored my faith in Hypervolt; hence, the much improved rating!
I recently installed a Hpervolt Home 3 Pro as a replacement for an earlier premium charger that had developed a major fault. In doing my research, I was very impressed with the hardware's features and functionality, and the App is well thought through. The upcoming support for Octopus Energy smart tariffs is also a significant advantage. All in all, I'm totally happy with the purchase decision, and I would highly recommend Hypervolt to any EV owner.

Been charging car for ages, but never been able to connect charger to WiFi/Internet to get full service. The lady helped me connect, using the extender, to my router and the charger. Brilliant!
