Made an enquiry via the support page and the team responded quickly with all the information requested, and so I’m equally pleased with their customer service. I have no reservation in recommending Hypervolt to anyone looking for a solid and easy to use EV charger.

Jan 29,2024Following an upgrade to the Hypervolt app, I wasn't able to connect to the charger. Email to Hypervolt was quickly answered with a job number, followed by another with instructions to try logging off and then logging on again, which made no difference, so Hypervolt unadopted me and gave instructions for reconnecting, which has solved the issue. Have always had good support from Hypervolt and would recommend them to anyone looking for a charger.

Jan 29,2024Very helpful customer service team, local installer did a great job too, very neat and unobtrusive as we wanted. Works as you would expect and app gives me all that I need. Only had it a week but very happy with my purchase.

Jan 29,2024I've found Hypervolt's customer service and technical team to be top class. We had some issues initially with the app and internet connectivity but they sent out a fantastic engineer who solved all the issues. Some time later we had an issue with a fault on the unit and again, Hypervolt, together with their installer partners, ensured a new unit was sent out straight away and it was fitted with the minimum of fuss. While it would have been better to have a unit that had not had any issues, we understand that the EV charger world is moving and changing very quickly so issues are always going to occur along the way. What made Hypervolt so impressive was their handling of any problems and the people who I've been in contact with always being available to help, solve problems and ensure that inconvenience was kept to an absolute minimum. I'm very happy I chose Hypervolt over the others in the industry.

Jan 26,2024We are really happy with our new Hypervolt charger. It looks great and works really well. The fitting was really straight forward thanks to the team at VCI Ltd in Rayleigh Essex. They are an approved provider of Hypervolt. We needed the cable running under the floor boards to the front of the house which they did with little fuss and all up and running in a total of three hours. Excellent work .

Jan 23,2024Had an issue with charge automatically going to eco mode. Contacted the help desk and they reset the system remotely and worked fine then on. Overall impressed with customer service response to resolve the issue!

Jan 19,2024Charger has worked as designed for 2 years but still no intelligent octopus integration. 'were looking at it' is all you will get. That means spending 20% more on electricity and fewwr charging hours than if you bought a different brand. So would the flashy lights justify hundreds of pounds extra a year? No. I would not buy again

Jan 19,2024I had a problem with my charger. Kept tripping most charges. The company who installed it are no longer trading. However, Robert at Hypervolt managed to arrange for another local installer to fix my fault. It took a while but it was Christmas / New Year so was to be expected. Great communication ie. Updates. Thankyou.

Jan 15,2024The whole process from start to finish has been really straightforward. I bought the charger following a recommendation from a neighbour who was knowledgeable and had one. I had it fitted myself by the same electrician who had fitted my neighbours. It was delivered just before Christmas, within a few days of ordering. I was told it was fairly straightforward to install. A big plus for me was the app. I have a dual tariff and it looks like the hupervolt app is able to recognise this. So all seems good

I received a really helpful overview from the sales team around how the chargers worked and what the installation process would be, including reminding me of the government grant for businesses. The installation was on time and they made a really tidy job of it providing lots of great information as they progressed. My first few uses of the app and charger have been seamless. Thanks

Jan 11,2024I have had my Hypervolt charger in for approx 18 months. On one date I noticed the charger hadn't charged my car and there was no power to it. I contacted Hypervolt who advised they would have to get the installer out to it. Within 24 hours the installer was there and my charger was working. It cost me a small amount but I was so happy with the speed that the issue was resolved, absolutely 1st class

Feb 01,2024I was having problems using the scheduled charge function of the charger so I got in touch with Technical Support. Their service was amazing and thorough over a period of several weeks as they tried to remedy the problem. I dealt with Ayan who was very patient and helpful. In the end the problem was with my car which is now fixed. Hypervolt were fantastic. Great product.
