Hi, so the first thing I'll say about Hypervolt and every Company I have ever bought expensive equipment from. Is that you really find out a how a company looks after customers when things go wrong. After you have paid and your installation or your equipment has been delivered and breaks down after a year or two. Because all companies are great before you pay. So I bought a Hypervolt 2 in March 2022. It was fitted quickly by a contractor, all good. Then my charger started to do it's own thing as I called it. Charging at obscure times and not the scheduled charging times I had set. I contacted Hypervolt and spoke to Louise. I explained my issues and Louise agreed to monitor my charger. After a couple of days I rang back and Louise agreed the charger had an Issue. I speak plainly here, Louise did not give me any Waffle, she said OK Ray we will have to give you a new charger. Not only that she sent the new charger without any hesitation to my home After that Louise arranged for the contracter to return and fit the new charger. The contractor couldn't fit the charger for 2 weeks. I again had a chat with Louise. She arranged for a local contractor to fit my charger. I waited 2 days. Now that's what I call service. Things go wrong with equipment, that's life, but Hypervolt or Louise I should say, in my humble opinion went above and beyond. That's why I'm writing this. Because there are far too many Companies out there who can fit your charger the Next day. But when things go wrong, that's when you find out what they are really like. I'll be getting a Hypervolt charger next time because everything has a lifespan. But I'll be getting it because of the Service I recieved from Louise, she didn't fob me off. She just got stuck in and sorted everything. Regards Ray

I went in via the web chat system which I used too late in the day to get an immediate response. However, Robert, the specialist, was quick to get back to me by email and provided a couple of solutions which got me back online very efficiently. Great service. Many thanks.

Quick service and a relatively easy process of sending pictures of the installation location and fuse box to get a quote. Installer arrived promptly on the agreed day and the installation was done and working within a couple of hours. The charger works exactly as expected and the app is easy to use and connects well.

I am very impressed with the support we had from Sebastian and Robert at Hypervolt when we had issues with getting analytics and scheduled Charging. We had good advice and were kept updated on progress with resolving our issues.

I had continual issues with the charger going off line. Hypervolt customer service team replaced the unit but the problem continued. It has always been hardwired to the router so why it went offline interminently was a mystery. They then arranged for a different installer to attend who identified the cable to the router was not wired correctly. Bingo, problem solved. I understand that technology can sometimes have its hiccups (and the 2023 model did). My perserverance and the patience of Hypervolt to get my unit issue resolved paid off. I found they've always been dedicated to addressing any issues that arise.

Very responsive helpdesk personnel. Walked me through several fix options, then passed on the issue when we couldn't resolve. Stayed in touch via email and let me know when the issue had been sorted out.

Our amazing engineer did a fantastic job installing the Hypervolt, which works perfectly with the app and car to make charging scheduling a breeze. Plus, the LED colors make it super easy to understand and use.

I had a Hypervolt 3.0 installed a few months ago. The design and function are excellent and it's easy to operate and control. I recently lost comms between the app and the charger - a simple email and a very quick response with a simple solution was just what I needed. Ayan was really good and even followed up the next day to make sure everything was ok. Reall can't fault the service.

Hypervolt was quickly installed by our engineer and then works seemlessly with the app and car to schedule charging. LED colours make it easy to use and understand. Had a couple of network connectivity issues due to my broadband, but their support team have been fantastic and helped resolve the issue within a few minutes.
