Well, I bought a V grip, spinner knob, and a spinner knob base It’s for a steering wheel for people who have bad arthritis on their hands it didn’t work out so I tried to return it within the 30 days that I had it I’m dealing with somebody called Nick Morales so I’m waiting for him to give me a return slip but he keeps telling me tomorrow and it’s been 3 to 4 days already. He also got upset with me and told me to not buy anything from him again he was upset. so I will keep you updated as I’m still waiting for the return slip. FYI, this cost me $182.95

Excellent choice, Excellent Service! Hospice nurse here, waited a week for supplies to find out on back order. Called Indemedical regarding situation, ordered supplies, and received the next day even though it showed delivery date as 2-3 days out when I ordered! Thanks Indemedical!

I have had nothing but positive experiences with this company! That is very strong praise coming from me. When I first tried to place an order, I had problems with my debit card and I was able to get assistance immediately. Another thing that I love is that, when I do place an order, I receive my products in the shortest time quoted. That is so important to people ordering these types of products. I found their prices to be of a good value. The product I received was as ordered. The shipment was fairly quick and as expected. The web site is frustrating to use. Sometimes it is inconsistent and gets hung up, other times it won't complete the process of an order. I had to close, re-login, and re-enter information three or four times before it would finally get to the actual payment screen. Also, it wouldn't finish the process for a free sample of a new product. It had some issue with shipping, even though it was the same saved shipping info in my profile, of which my purchased order was shipped to. It would never progress to the final submit order page, thus I couldn't ever oder the new product sample.

Phone service was good, shipment was timely Product instructions for assembly were not provided and reverence to internet assembly video does not match product delivered. We are trying to assemble and will test but just to assemble the product took 2 hours and is VERY DIFFICULT when the video has nothing but music and does not match product!
